Took my money stuffed me around for a week to finally just cancel my shipment! JOKE OF A BUSINESS
Shane at Bendigo was most helpful and went beyond the norm so sort out my transportation problem.
I have utilised their services for over a year now and have had no issues until recently when I received five separate emails notifying me of surcharges for parcels shipped months ago. It is an absurd situation, as they deducted hundreds of dollars from my bank account without my consent. Despite my attempts to communicate with their customer service, I was unable to speak with anyone who could provide me with more information. I was charged for handling fees and extra weight, but the emails I received did not mention which consignment numbers were in question. It seems like a ploy to generate additional revenue, so I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with them.
I fully recommend them. I have used the Pyrmont franchise a few times to collect, pack and send fragile auction purchases and they have always done an excellent job, double boxing and using new "peanut" shaped fillers and thorough bubble wrapping, so the items have arrived safely each time. They also appear to have good systems and communication.

Pack and Send is a terrible freight company. I have been sending parcels all over Australia for at least 10 years. This time I thought I try Pack and Send. I even dropped the parcel at the local Park and Send depot hoping it might expedite the consignment. Well, after 7 days the parcel was still sitting at the local depot. Called 4 or 5 times but no clear reason was given. NEVER AGAIN. INTERPARCEL would be my preferred freight company. Thank you all at PACK & SEND for doing NOTHING.
I have used Pack and Send on a number of occasions, and in each instance, valuable items were packed with care and delivery was on time and beyond criticism.
Pack & Send is a nightmare Don’t trust this company! Terrible company! It had to pay 670 AUD extra due to their mistake.

It’s cheap and was delivered in fine condition (box squished & upside down but contents ok) however they picked it up and delivered two days late, didn’t offer anything to rectify the situation and were condescending via email. You’ll get your stuff but don’t expect them to be on time or polite
Needed to send a Honda Wheel and Tire to Sydney. Havin came out of his shop and help me carry the tire in and packed it in Bubble wrap for safe journey. It got to the door in 2 days. No worries at all.
Adamstown Great Service Used to pickup a guitar in Newcastle and ship to regional NSW. The Guitar was very well packed and it arrived overnight. I've used Pack and Send for several other guitars and this was the best one yet.
I had an expensive coffee machine shipped from W A to Sydney we paid for it to be boxed to protect it, but they didn't box it as we paid for. When it arrived badly damaged nearly $3,000 to fix it, they refused to go to mediation saying we didn't take insurance. If they boxed it as we paid for, I would accept it, but they didn't provide what we paid for.
After waiting around for my parcel to be picked up for a whole day but there was no show, the next morning I decided to get help by calling their online service number. The customer service woman spoke to me in a fed-up tone and asked me to wait for another 2 days. After such delay, I would expect at least an apology and helpful and prompt solution. Being served in such a rude manner is a no-no. Their customer service needs proper training.

Despite measuring and weighing every product that I send - Pack & Send, via their now preferred partner (TNT) are charging my company excess weights on almost every delivery. They fail to give an explanation, cannot verify any charges, and simply apologise and refer us to their T&C's. When I covert their excess charges into cubic measurements - my products would have to be four times the actual size to match their charges. This is simply stealing from customers to increase profits and when combined with the predictable late pick ups, lost goods, and higher freight charges - it makes Pack & Send a pointless choice for anyone in a small business. And if you think this is a one-off, think again, they do it on almost every parcel they now deliver. I've used them for two years, and it's only since they partnered with TNT in my area that they keep hitting me with excess charges - before that partnership when they used Star Track as my courier - I NEVER received any extra charges.
Deborah and Calley organised our shipment from Christchurch...great service would definitely use Pack and Send North Lakes again.
Super nice and very helpful. I contacted them in the afternoon and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my package was collected that same day and delivered to me in Sydney as quickly as possible. I wouldn't recommend leaving your phone in Darwin airport when transiting from London, but if you do you can trust these guys to get it back to you as fast as possible :)
