Shipping personal stuff overseas. Make sure you get everything in writing and it state your delivery location and total cost delivered. There was no limit to what they could do and how easy this was, until I paid the shipping fee. After that they did not respond to mails. shipped to a port 400km away from the agreed port and wanted to charge me $1000- for delivery. I also got hit with a $850- bill for freight forwarding cost that I had to pay to get my stuff. This was almost 40% extra cost. After a month of not responding and me dealing with receiving shipping company I finally got my stuff. Very unprofessional company.
Tracking is unreliable, and package arrived 4/5 days later than they said it would. Driver left package out in the rain without bothering to knock on the door, the people were home but only knew there was a delivery when they heard a truck driving off. Very unprofessional service.

Avoid at all costs... read the review! I've unfortunately had to engage with their services twice, and on both occasions, I encountered exceptionally rude, unprofessional, and borderline abusive customer service. The facade of friendliness quickly dissipates after you accept their quote and make the payment. Despite their claim of offering same-day pick-up and transport, the reality is far from it. In both instances, my packages languished in their possession for an inexplicable three days before being shipped out, a delay that persisted even with higher-priced services. Their marketing promises of swift service seem deceptive, and I am genuinely surprised no legal action has been taken against them for false advertising. I've experienced both their pack-and-send and self-service options, neither of which lived up to expectations. For an interstate delivery costing over $250, the service I received was subpar. The package was left exposed without any notification upon delivery, and attempts to follow up were met with disdain and repetitive references to an email disclaimer about potential delays. This business exudes dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and avarice. It's advisable to steer clear and explore alternatives. In my 45 years, I've never encountered customer service as abysmal as theirs – an experience that truly reflects the lowest standard of phone customer service imaginable.
Pack and Send North Lakes could not have been more helpful. I had an awkward shape item to package they went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
This matter has been taken to ACCC and Consumer Protection. Avoid this business at all cost. I got ripped off and lost my parcel on top, and when I exercised my consumer right and asked for refund, I got an aggressive reply that contained made up facts and BIG words to try to scare me and bully me into submission. I used WA Balcatta Pack and Send franchise to send a package containing COVID RAT tests to my ill family overseas. RAT had all sold out everywhere over there and no more place to do PCR. At the point of sale, I was not informed of the fact or of the potential risk that the RAT tests would not be allowed into the destination country. As a result, I paid them $121 to send the tests only to be told upon its arrival at the destination border that the parcel could not be processed; the parcel ultimately had to be discarded. Not only did this cause me the unnecessary loss of $ 121 but it also caused an immeasurable amount of additional mental stress and anguish to my ill family and me. This business failed to disclose the fact/risk to me that the parcel may not be allowed into the destination country. They knowingly charged me for a service without even making a reasonable effort (or making any attempt at all) to determine whether they could actually provide that service. I reasonably suspect that this business was taking advantage of me as English was not my first language; and at the time of sending the parcel I was in a desperate and venerable situation due to my family overseas being in poor health with what was suspected (at the time) to be COVID; They asked the receivers (my very sick family members overseas) to deal with the parcel return matter. It felt as though Pack & Send was effectively transferring all responsibility for its failure to fulfill its service obligations to myself and my ill family knowing full well that we would not be able achieve a suitable or acceptable outcome. It has been a very traumatic experience dealing with Pack and Send Balcatta.
Distance is what made my experience the most difficult. However, Pack&Send worked with me and made it possible.
Really happy. Was a little more cost than I really wanted to pay, but I paid for overnight domestic with TNT (Melbourne to Shellharbour, NSW) and it happened! Thanks, I'm glad I trusted it to you Marut! (He gave very helpful advice).
The East Perth office isn’t open on Saturday despite the Online advertisement saying it is Open from 9 to 12. I was annoyed that I walked there with my trolley only to find a notice on the door covering Saturday hours saying “By Appointment Only” I was unable to call either as my calls kept being Cancelled
A while ago I had a vacuum sent up from Melbourne with Pack and Send. The vacuum was packed so well and dealing with the staff was so lovely. Highly recommend and will be using the store and there services in the future.
I will NEVER ship with Pack and Send again, had some high value cameras packed and sent from the Preston store. The packaging was not sufficient and caused damage of over $500 and sure enough, Pack and Send wipe their hands of it. Unbelievable despite paying several hundred dollars to get the equipment from Vic to Qld. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The staff at Wembley helped unload the boxes and prepared the paperwork promptly. A tracking schedule was forwarded and I was notified when the boxes arrived. The cost was reasonable. Thanks. George

Good day all,just a quick one for future customers thinking of using these services of Pack and Send Preston .Our experience started off on a bitter sweet note at the technical error of our package. But Syed went out of his way to track my parcel which was my wedding dress, which was urgently needed.I salute him and take my hat off to him as although his shift for the day was over,he still went the extra mile and left his depot to go to the airport to retrieve the package.Respect to him.God bless and our wedding was spectacular.

Terrible experience. The courier company threaten to dispose my parcel if receiver do not pay the fee imposed to them unknowingly.
Took a parcel to Pack and Send Joondalup yesterday, the door was locked and a sign on the door that said "due to staffing shortages their opening hours were now Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 3pm until further notice", however this was at 2:30. Went back today at 10:25 and another sign on the door said, "store closed as I am on an urgent delivery". Unbelievable. How about using a courier for your urgent delivery and looking after your customers while you still have some left !!
