The process of booking the collection was relatively straightforward. However the site does not indicate that if you choose to use the Self Service option which is significantly cheaper than the Full Service Option you are not able to specify a time for the pickup only a pickup date. They give you a window when they could arrive. Other than that I have no issues with the booking system. Where my big issue arises was the significant delays in collection of the consignment. When I booked the consignment I was told once it was picked up the delivery, from Adelaide to Central Queensland, would take 4 to 10 days. It actually took that long just to get the consignment collected by StarTrack. Once it was actually collected the delivery was quite quick however while the contents of the consignment made it safely and undamaged the containers they were packed in did not survive unscathed because they were loaded on to at least one vehicle stacked on top of each other. With an individual container weight of 10KG and a total consignment weight of 50KG this was not a smart move.

I booked, and paid for, a shipment online and dropped my package at my local Pack & Send franchise. 10 days later it was still sitting on the floor in the middle of the store and the staff denied all knowledge of why it had not been sent!

Worst postal service. Paid over $200AUD for 1-2 business day shipping to the UK as we needed it there and back within a week. Dropped it off at Pack & Send on Thursday. The first time I checked tracking it said estimated delivery on Wednesday. Emailed to check why that was since it had just been posted and surely the estimated time would be 1-2 business days as paid for? Was given some incomprehensible answer. Got to Wednesday and still had not arrived, with multiple phone call attempts failing to go through, and no contact being made with the receiver. Finally got through on the phone to Pack & Send on Wednesday night, and they said they would look into it and call me back, taking my phone number down. They never called me back. By Thursday there was still nothing, with tracking updating the same update 3 times. I drove back to Pack & Send to try to get some answers, and was just told there’s nothing they could do here because it’s out of the country. So I asked for a refund of the difference because if I wanted it there within a week I would’ve paid for that. I was told “It was going to the UK. It was never going to get to the UK in 1-2 business days.” Then why was it an option? Why was I able to select and pay for 1-2 business day shipping to the UK? Reception said they couldn’t help me but apprehensively took my consignment number and said she would send my case/email to the relevant higher ups. I never got an email from anyone. It arrived on the Friday at 11am, meaning we missed courier back to Australia for when we needed it and had to scramble to make other arrangements in time. I’m so disappointed in the lack of communication and help from everyone involved, and more so from the way I was treated as though I was being unnecessary with my requests for answers. Don't ship with Pack & Send.

Never using again! I booked online to have a package picked up from my house. After never turning up I called them. They said it would get picked up again. Didn't say when. All of a sudden I get told they attempted pick up without even stating when they were coming. I'm suppose to be a mind reader to know when they coming I guess? Anyway.. so I called again they said it would get picked up the following business day. Waited 1 week.. to my surprise DIDNT GET PICKED UP?! after multiple emails and multiple phone called to this useless company I decided to take it to my nearest depot at open time 9am. Waited for half an hour and they didn't open?! Even though there door said on it they open at 9am. So I left. Called again they said it would be picked up latests 7pm that following day. You know what I'm going to say now.. THEY DIDNT COME?! WOOOOOW what a surprise. Phoned again they said take it to the depo they will call them and let them know. So I yet again went to the nearest depo. FINALLY some relief.. NOPE! get called saying my packaging is damaged and needs to be repacked. I then got stung $130 instead of the initial $77 they said my package leaked (it was a radiator) yet I had blocked off the outlets.. funny that? 2 weeks of it going around and around from my house to outside to the depo and back and it never "leaked" all of a sudden THE DAY I DROP IT OFF its all of a sudden leaked. Not naming names the lady I spoke with this whole time seemed to be helpful only to hit my with the "If you want to get technical" BS. Seriously useless! Never using again.

SIX WEEKS LATER I have been automatically charged a $50 fee for Manual Handling. The box was commercially bought so the dimensions were correct. The weight specified upon booking was actually more than the items, so the parcel was not overweight. They now require photos, six weeks later... Don't trust their quote. My guess is that everyone receives a further charge. Scammers.

Your Canberra City storefront was closed 30 minutes before closing time! Without any sign to explain. I had to call Fyshwick and the Legend there named Declan offered to help me with my package - it wasn't ultimately necessary but those Canberra City dipsticks should get their license stripped! Isn't it illegal to not be open during your stated opening hours? I'm going to look in to reporting them to the relevant ACT government body. Add to this that your contracted couriers Aramex took a day and a half to pick up my bloody package, and two separate guys called me at my front door a few hours apart asking about it, and this was just a really annoying experience. At least the package got delivered.

I must have got someone who was in a bad mood that day, as this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They were rude & unhelpful. When I asked them to help me with some information, they said & I quote "that's not my job". Terrible, terrible customer service. Will never use them again.

I had to send a robot vacuum back to a service centre and of course, I did not keep the box. I had to make sure it was packed safely, so I popped into this local pack and send. They were efficient, knowledgeable about parcel sizes, packing etc and made it so easy. Much better than Aus post. If I ever have to send anything else I would not hesitate to pop into the Morningside Pack and Send. Thank you gentlemen.

absolutely appalling customer service. Damanged goods in transit- lodged a claim and then they refused to give updates, rang, emailed, left messages - when I finally did speak to a ‘supervisor’ at their ‘head office number’ - she was rude and told me could not be escalated to anyone else. I was advised would receive call backs and never did. My client now has a damaged product, and the insurance coverage I paid for has not been actioned.

Mandy from Pack & Send has been a lifesaver on so many occasions when I have needed important documents urgently hand delivered to offices in WA.
