Track and trace was useless. Not updated in real-time and the information provided was of no use when trying to gauge where the package was or when it might arrive. Your chatbot was also useless and only repeated the information, or lack of, on your website.

What went wrong was having mu consignment assigned to Couriers Please - the worse courier company in the country. Booked on a Friday - eventually picked up on the next Wednesday after many ophone calls and re-bookings. I will say the Pack and Send phone staff were sympathetic and polite but unable to get action moving quicker.

Pricing was excellent. I was helped with unloading the car. One of the boxes was a bit too heavy for me.

My consignment from Seven Hills Pack N Send cost significantly more for a lighter consignment than one recently from a nearby P & S. It also took several days longer to ship due in part to their insistence that documents needed to be re done even after payment had been made, slow to respond to emails, something I had not encountered with other branches.

Good service and helped us out when things went wrong at the other end which was not the fault of Pack Send.

TLDR: lost my self-serve pickup package (from MEL Airport Lost and Found to a Sydney residence), confirmed it was picked by their vendor CouriersPlease (confirmed by MEL airport), no accountability and a month of back and forth, and me pleading for updates (via email, chat and call) Complete Story: On June 5, I placed an order using their 'Self-Serve' feature, with tracking code AUW0608544B4. The estimated delivery was June 12, which was important as I was flying back to Canada on June 18. By June 11, with no updates, I contacted their support. Initially, they responded via email, "I have received some response from Couriers Please who have advised that this has been arranged to be collected within the next pay cycle.” On June 16, they still couldn't confirm the pickup, replying, "Unfortunately, at this stage I am unable to confirm this for you, I am yet to hear back from our carrier to advise further." After contacting Melbourne airport, I learned that the package was picked up on June 12 by Couriers Please (without me mentioning the name). I relayed this to Pack and Send but received no substantial response until June 23, stating, "We can see that Couriers Please are investigating this, I have sent a follow-up to them today to see if they have any news.” Despite my continuous follow-ups, my sister in Sydney called in, Pack and Send finally claimed that they do not allow pickups from airports using their online service—a fact not communicated for nearly a month. They issued a refund for the service fee but denied any compensation for the lost item. Since then, I have tried to follow up numerous times over the chat and email, but no response. Full ghosting behavior! I get mess-ups can happen, but at least we should be able to resolve them out. I patiently waited all this time, but now it's just being cruel.

I have been using Pack & Send for many years now and never had a problem. I use the self service online booking system and never had a problem. The team at the centre is always friendly and helpful and will advise me if I've done something incorrect, like a document or over filling one box! I have even used the full service, its more expensive obviously, however I can trust that there will not be a problem in transit. Note I have used 3 different locations, all been great.

We were first-timers re sending a large package interstate, so thank you to the pick-up driver who helped us with the dispatch documents. Also, the package arrived ahead of the estimated time. Great service!

I phoned a branch near me and was basically lied to. Quoted $69 for 1.1kg pkg (he said he had to up the weight to 3kg) by road to Perth from Melb which would take a week and was my only option. I wanted quick delivery and thought it a bit dodgy so went online and was was quoted $33.27 (1kg) for express overnight delivery. Then I had 2 people arrive within an hour of each other to pick up parcel so I panicked. Phoned company, they were very helpful and tracked it for me as did I. The parcel arrived the following morning at the designated Perth address so I was both relieved and thrilled. Because of initial probs I've dropped a star, without issues I'd have given a five. Book online if possible is my recommendation and take advantage of the communication options available. Whilst not naming the particular branch that gave me the initial quote I hope head office will deal with the dodgy rep as I'm probably not the first customer at this branch that this has happened to.

No confirmation of pick up time (even approximate) & when I called, they said they had no way of knowing. And the website says I will be charged if I wasn't there when they came. It was picked up & delivered though

I booked online. Then rang them as needed to cancel courier hours prior to collection time as goods (out of my control) were not ready for pick up. Girl that took the call cancelled for me no worries…easy, said I’d be refunded. Two days later rang again as needed to rebook a courier and noticed I’d still been charged the first one that was cancelled after being told I’ll be refunded. As I wasn’t refunded, I asked if it’s easier to reopen that booking instead of paying twice…they reopen my booking with a new pick up date. All good, no problem same AU number opened up and job back in system for a courier to pick up. Day 1: no pick up. Day 2: no pick up (rang them to confirm still hadn’t been picked up) 3rd day: no pick up (rang them to confirm still hadn’t been picked up) weekend came: no pick up. Day 6: (rang them to confirm still hadn’t been picked up and asked to expedite this in the system as it was now urgent. Received an apology email confirming it would now be collected. It was collected next morning. Arrived next afternoon after that. Not left at my front door (where I have a video ring to notify me when things are delivered) Received email it was delivered. Pack & send staff helpful…but there’s a disconnect with the couriers they are engaging. The couriers are picking and choosing a job when it suits them and choosing when to collect. This is like Uber who don’t collect you after booking them because they got a more convenient booking. Not a reliable service. Disappointed I was the one constantly having to chase it up.

Everything was just so smooooth. I booked online, took the parcel to Pack & Send, and a few days later, my friend in South Africa received the parcel right to her doorstep. This is the absolute best way to send items to South Africa. I will now experiment sending stuff to other towns and countries... :-)
