Timely pick up and delivery
I liked your online self send program. I wished the bar coded address panel had been automatically available at the time of payment, it would have saved on having to have a second pick up. It may have been available but was not obvious on my apple mach.
Package got picked up 4 days before the date i selected (I wasn't there at the time so i couldnt explain to the courier that the pick up time was important as i was timing the package to arrive after a certain date.) It turned out to be okay because there were delays anyway which worked in my favour but i did have to take time out of my day to ring the service centre and check the whereabouts of the package. Despite wrapping the parcel in multiple layers of bubble wrap and air bags the goods were broken upon arrival. Makes me question the care of the couriers with the package. My customers are now very disappointed and I am paying out of pocket to fix what is broken. I understand that this is my fault as i didn't purchase warranty so i now know that this is a must.
I have used Pack Send for years and they were very good. However recently I have not been happy with their service. When I send a shipment they are charging me later for the package being oversize compared to the dimensions I entered. The first time it happened I thought it might have been my error. But the next time I measured very accurately and they charged me again. This seems to be a rort. I am not using them again after this.
Value for money and reliability. Courier was polite and caring.
Good service and deliver all boxes in time
The person at the shop was very good, the location is very easy to access, the shopfront had everything in store, the boxes, sticker and tape machine, was spacious and comfortable to bring the package and parcel to. The person was very helpful, gave me the information required for using the pack and send services to the best.
Pack & Send were prompt in picking up and delivering my parcel and excellent on price. Better than any other courier service for my interstate delivery.

Easy website for booking shipping. Friendly staff when dropping off parcels. Before I chose this company, they bent over backwards to help me find the best packaging solution for my product without pressurising me at all.
I've received packages from Pack & Send previously, but this was my first experience sending. The service was cheaper than using Australia Post and in less than half the timeframe. I also visited my local store and found them to be extremely helpful. I will definitely be using this service again.
Self pack. The parcel was delivered on time. I was kept informed of its progress. Very pleased with the service.
I had no choice but to have items I bought at an auction (Burns) in Victoria packed and sent by this business. I had to pay over $200 in postage and handling ... I must say they went over and beyond what I had experienced from previous Franchised P&S businesses. My items came in 2 packages on different days. Communication and care for postage was second to none.
I accidentally added an extra 0 to my street number when booking a delivery and tried to change it straight away but couldn't so rang up and Pack and Send couldn't change it either and said i had to cancel the order and create and pay for another delivery order which I had to pay for again but would be refunded. Now over a week later I have still not been refunded. Yes I know, my fault but your systems should be flexible enough to handle this without having to pay twice. Goods got to customer fine so no complaints there but how long to get refunded?
Easy and reasonably priced service
I don’t know what about others but they literally took 400$ for the stuffs to send back to nepal from auburn weighing around 9kg while i weighed it was 5kg at home, and they didn’t told me about the customs blah blah everything and now they asking me 400$ extra for to get home delivery to the receiver? And mine total goods worth 300$ why they mentioned 500$ on invoice? And mine going nowhere its roaming from sydney to kathmandu till today already been 8days or more
Great local service at Ballarat Service Centre - very helpful and efficient.
I was sending ATM cards and realised after that I should have packed them better. They arrived overseas intact and within 2 days. Will continue to use them for the speed and affordability.
The process worked fine. Unfortunately the webform didn't notify me about customs fees - if you're importing something over $1000 you have to pay GST and an entry fee on top of that. The webform should have warned me, in the same way it warns you about oversize items.
