Worst service i have ever experinced. My order no is AUW06177708D. I have paid extra to sign and deliver option plus the insurance. The delivery person left the parcel in front of the door open to public and left as there were no one at that time. he should make a note and ask to collect from the nearest post office or other method. It is a $1000 worth item. I have photos of the item how he left. No responsibility.
Simple on-line process and parcel was picked up in the time window I specified. Good pricing too!

I was able to really utilise the human chat assist function via the Pack & Send website. While it is annoying that you cannot modify an existing booking I was able to easily cancel my booking a re-make it with my additional requirements. Delivery was quick from Melbourne to Sydney and at a fair price.
The online forms were easy, the courier arrived on time to collect the parcel and he was polite and helpful. Tracking was great, with a notification available at every point. The parcel arrived overseas as scheduled and was delivered to my sister's door as agreed, in good condition. Very satisfied with Pack & Send.
The whole process was very easy & the package received earlier than expected. Very happy with the service & will definitely use Pack & Send in future.

Firstly the pickup courier failed to meet the timing expectations and could not guarantee when / if they would be able to collect the package from an address in Fremantle, WA. So my colleague undertook to take the package to a Pack & Send office in Fremantle despite us having already paid for it to be collected. Next it took four weeks for that package to make its way from Fremantle to Sydney and the tracking system had it sitting there for an excessive time. I made contact to enquire as to when it will be send to receiver address near Port Macquarie and received message to call the enquiry hotline. When I did so I sat on the line for an extensive period and still no one answered the call. Running a busy company and farming operation I couldn't sit around all day waiting for them but it was enlightening to hear of the claims from P&S of their marvellous service while I was on the phone queue; however all those claims, in my experience turned out to be incorrect. Finally got a message that my package was at an agent warehouse in Wauchope and I'd have to collect as they "do not deliver" to my address location. This despite having paid for such a service!! Managed to get to the agent to find they had no visibility of the package as the tracking number from P&S wasn't registered with them, P&S had used a different courier to transport it from Sydney to Wauchope. The nice people there though sifted through the many boxes they had in store and eventually found it. By backtracking they found it had been with them for several days, and during the period that P&S tracking system had said it was still in Sydney. I guess the only positive outcome was the box was in good condition. So despite paying for door to door service, that did not occur. Tracking of the parcel was haphazard. Time taken for the transport was exceedingly excessive. Statements of service capability made on their phone hold in no way or by any measure meet our experience, some statements were blatantly false! This has been the absolute worst service I've ever encountered with a courier company and will never be using this company again and will be sharing my experience with any who ask.
Aman was terrific. After Couriers Pls failed to deliver a package, I was advised by Pack & Send head office to contact Aman. He was very helpful & happy to collect the item & deliver it. Thanks again Aman for your excellent customer service.

The service was easy to organise and super fast to deliver (one day from Melbourne to Canberra). However the courier didn't even attempt to deliver in person, didn't ring the doorbell when we were home, just dropped the card under the door. So we had to go across town to collect from the post office that worked 9 to 5 only workdays which was extremely inconvenient.
Tracking number AUW061614427. The parcel was stuck at the PACK&SEND hub in Fyshwick, Canberra for more than a week. It was supposed to be a simple delivery to Sydney with the estimate of 2-3 days, but it’s taken 11 days because the parcel wasn’t handed over to the courier for 9 days, and all this time, the box was just hanging out at Fyshwick PACK&SEND. While the company has blamed Aramex for this failure, the money was paid to PACK&SEND, so as a customer, I shouldn’t be dragged into the drama with the firm vendors. For a whole week, PACK&SEND was feeding me with empty promises to investigate the issue ASAP, but real action was taken only 9 days after the parcel was shipped. According to PACK&SEND narrative, because of a dodgy Aramex courier, they had to bring the box to the Aramex hub themselves, while the courier claimed he couldn’t access the PACK&SEND hub because it closed earlier. It seems like PACK&SEND has serious problems with its vendors, but they still keep using their services despite poor customer experience. Having said that, I must admit that PACK&SEND’s lady on the phone (Anastasia) was very polite, so I’d be happy to change my feedback after providing evidence that PACK&SEND has fixed its cooperation with the vendors.

Pickup particular date - after paying get email stating that i have to allow 2-3 days extra. They onsourced my delivery to DHL who rang asking for additional delivery labels - delivered a week late and damaged.
