Booked online. Pack and send then outsourced to 3rd party. Almost 3 weeks to get picked up. P&S were very understanding and helpful on the phone when I rang. Don’t know where the problem was but at the end of the day it falls back on P&S.

When you do not know the process, getting the correct information was not easy. I phoned 3 times and got different guidance every time and when I got there with my parcel it was a totally different process to all of the guidance given but the staff were friendly and helpful and my parcel was done with minimum effort. The website language must be industry and to the lay person it was confusing - I would suggest reviewing that or improving the explanation/s. My biggest problem was the other end - I sent this parcel as I do not have a car and did not want to carry 10kg on a plane. The courier used did not even attempt to deliver (I work from home so was home) - they took it to a receiving shop which meant I had to hire a car to collect it as I knew I could not carry it.

I have utilised Pack & Send's services several times now sending care packages to my daughter in the States and they have excelled in easy to navigate online bookings, exceptional personal service when dropping off to the centre and amazing travel times to get my parcels to my daughter in the USA in a timely manner.

Used the web site this time. Was easy to use, plainly laid out with a minimum of easy to understand steps. I then simply dropped the item off at my local P&S store and the job was done. Pricing seems to be cheaper if you do it yourself online too. Great service model.

The estimated time for delivery is completely wrong. The reason they are giving is unrealistic. I can't even track my products, so I have asked them in email and they replied we are also trying to find your products and said send us photos of products and details of the box as it's hard to find your boxes in thousands other boxes. So, be careful while choosing this service and don't use if you are sending expensive and important items.
Picked up In Greece and delivered to Australia 3 days later. Parcel tracking gave me 14 real time updates so i knew exactly where my parcel was. The easiest and most professional service I have ever engaged.
