Easy to book and drop package off at P&S office. Much cheaper than Australia Post (around half the cost) and very fast delivery (one day as opposed to one week with Aust Post). I have nothing to complain about, great service.
Super helpful and friendly customer service at Pack n Send Cairns depot with very prompt next day delivery of my parcel to WA. Would not even consider going anywhere else for all my fright needs!!
Good customer experience. Friendly, down to earth staff member called me and suggested best option for me. The website could be improved as it’s a bit confusing when picking self serve vs home pickup. Also not practical for those who don’t own printers so cannot print required labels. Overall, will use again because it’s way better than Australia post lol

Online booking was easy and gave me options for different costs and delivery dates for sending a package from Australia to Italy - I also found it was well priced for such a quick delivery. Booking and printing labels was easy and clear to understand the instructions. The delivery driver collected on the expected day and I tracked my parcel online which was also easy - 1 click from the email from Pack & Send and I could see where it was. It got delivered faster than they had originally advised. It got picked up from Brendale in Brisbane on Friday and was delivered in Italy by the Monday - excellent service.
I dropped my parcel at the Pack & Send office in Blackburn VIC on Wednesday morning and it was delivered to a residence in Mount Gravatt QLD on the Friday. My buyer was over the moon and I am extremely happy. Great service for a reasonable cost.

I’ve used Pack & Send quite a few times now. The staff at the Richmond shop have been helpful and welcoming. Everything I have sent has arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My only criticism (minor) is the “tracking” is pretty uninformative, but I can live with that! Would be very happy to recommend. Kelly
We are having extremely bad experience with this company! Our packs were supposed to arrive on 12th June in Itally. We recently received notification that it will arrive on the 3d of July. Today I went to the Perth Office to seek explanation. As we bought our packs to the office on March and they were sitting in Perth for 4 weeks!!!! We were chasing information why they were not sent straight away every week. We clearly advised that packs should be sent asap. The lady working there only said that she is learning and doesn't know how to send them. Is it the way to work???? When I spoke to the manager today, he laughted in my face when I asked for refund. He treated me extremely disrepectful, saying he doesn't see anything to be sorry about!!! What??? As he says it's another shipping company fault that our packs delayed. We have done every effort to have our packs in Italy in June. While Pack and send office has done everything for our packs to be delayed. I am extremely disapounted by the way how disrispectful we were treated. The manager was lying in my face that they didn't know we needed our packs to be send asap. That they kept them on purpose in storage. But isnot a common sense that we chased they office every week as we needed to be sent them asap??? Never ever trust this company! We paid $4000 and get the worst service we could possible get
Jonas from the store in St Kilda, Melbourne has been the most helpful and friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I had to suddenly head back to the UK and he was incredibly kind and helpful with my luggage situation, He made it very easy for me and his communication was swift and quick.

This is the second time I have used Pack and Send. It is easy to book online, and the communication is very good. Very reasonable rates. I sent a parcel Adelaide to Sydney and it got there at the right place, safely, in three days. Very happy with the service.
Valuable electric guitar transported safely from Queensland to WA in under a week. Costs a bit more but seems to be worth it.

I would have liked to know the delivery times for each option as whilst I did select the cheapest option, I didn't know it was by road transport not air! My fault but still if I'd known upfront I may have likely selected another option. Thanks,
