Service was fast, value for money with excellent communication.
They were cheap and easy to do drop-offs of my packages in Brisbane. However, these packages were posted to Canada and the packages were stopped because of a customs fee that wasn’t paid. It took me four days to pay that fee because no one knew how to find the correct tracking numbers, even though I supplied the correct documentation I don’t think I’ll use and send again for posting to Canada.
The price was cheapest, booking was easy on online, pick up was prompt and delivery on time with great customer service.
Good service, but pricing is very high. However for big packages they are the best to use. I had a side table that I needed to send home and it was very fragile. No issues and no breakage.

I was trying Pack n Send because Australia Post was so expensive - Pack n Send ended up being more expensive. I measured & weighed but they said I was wrong on both and charged me more when I dropped off. Never again!
The consignment wasn't picked up from our address: after waiting five days, we personally delivered it to our nearest depot (Wollongong NSW). Then the consignment was "lost" for 4 weeks, before it was finally received by Crows Nest Qld Post Office. It was then necessary to be picked up by the person it was addressed to.
This company is so amazing in the effort of fast, efficient, reliability & pricing. There are no words to describe on how happy I am with you guys. Being so honest I have tried other companies & no-one compares to you. I had a box to be delivered within a couple of days from Sydney to QLD as I was let down & reduced time frame & Pack and Send did it in 1 day. Well done.

This was my first time using a freight collection service. The process was easy. I jumped online Saturday afternoon entered my package dimensions and was provided a pick up estimate of Tuesday. My parcel was collected from the retailer on Tuesday. Tracking was provided as soon as my parcel was scanned into the postal network. I received my package Thursday. The price of shipping was reasonable. The whole process was easy and hassle free. I will use pack and send next time I need to arrange my own shipping! I highly recommend pack and send! Delivery and pick up was done easily and quickly
I liked the simple, booking process and the quick receipt of paperwork. I didn’t like the courier arriving 45mins earlier than the agreed pick up window and mostly I didn’t like it was received 3 business days past the specified time I paid for…therefore I missed my deadline! This made me look bad. The courier company was Aramex
