I used Pack & send to ship a parcel from QLD to NSW. I stated in the booking description that I would be sending a luggage (including the correct dimensions and weight). Nearly a month after having sent the luggage Pack & send billed my credit card claiming there is a 'baggage handling surcharge' which is almost the price of the original shipment. Be careful dealing with this company since they could almost seemingly randomly bill your credit card after the shipment has been completed.

While communication was consistent during the process, there was always limited information that could be provided to me in relation to my parcel collection and delivery, from.either the online chat or on the phone. Ultimately the process from collection to delivery was much more delayed than expected.

I am disappointed to report that my recent experience with Pack & Send's online services has been extremely unsatisfactory. My coffee machine arrived dented, and I am now in the process of filing an insurance claim. As a frequent customer of Pack & Send's local stores, I have always been pleased with their reliable service. However, this experience with their online platform has been a letdown, and I can confidently say that I will no longer use Pack & Send’s online services. Moving forward, I will only trust the service and professionalism of their local stores.
Quite disappointed with the service I received. I had a small parcel which needed to get to Germany asap. The information on the website said it would take 2 to 3 days. The parcel was collected promptly, the day after I placed the order. It took one week to reach its destination. I wasn’t provided with a transparent answer regarding why it took so long.
The package was delivered to the UK in a timely fashion. The tracking was extremely clear and once the delivery was on its way it was extremely quick to arrive. The pick up did not take place on the date arranged, but was the following day. Loss of one star as there was no communication to say that it would not be collected and that meant I had to wait 9-5 for two days for collection, which was frustrating.
Easy to book in and Send. Competitive price. Arrived within the time guideline in good condition. Only slight negative was there was no tracking via the service to Alice Springs..
They ask a date and time and just don't bother showing up or letting you know. In their defence it was stated on the confirmation email that there may be a delay but am I expected to wait around for three daye? Good prices.
Booking on website is easy and then it's collected from me so I don't have to worry about getting it somewhere. They delivered in a shorter than quoted timeline. It's traceable and they send all the information you need to keep track. Your then notified at every point - and I've found it to be all round better than posting!

Awesome work, to deliver into Latvia we needed a special document, unknown to us. Pack n Sends Annie got in touch with the paperwork and made it so easy. Filled out the form sent it back to her, next day the parcel was delivered in Latvia. Good work team.
