Well your question:"What's wrong this time/" appears to me to be the correct question.. how in the hell can some thing so simple? Degree days ...be simple to figure out and so difficult to tell me...what the degrees day have been and when???all on my phone that does almost everything but sleep with me. Why the hell does your system cost so much and tell me so little? Why can't you make it simpler to use? Is the average number of degree days that tough to decipher and tell me in a simple graph on my iPhone? Good luck...you all are going to need it
The sales rep promised they would ship 2nd day air and only charge me standard ground shipping due to a miscommunication. When the smoke cleared, I was charged full price for expedited shipment. I emailed Onset and there was response. The products are good but I was misled during the buying process.
