The team at Onset contacted me after I placed my order to let me know that my order would take a few extra days to be shipped because of a delay in production. They asked how soon I needed. After I responded what my time frame was they made some changes and got my order processed sooner than expected. Needless to say, the versatility of configuring my stations to what I needed is one of the many reasons I use their sensors.

I own 6 hobo temperature loggers. I need 1 working logger, and had to buy a new base station to download. Now I find out I have to pay $75 MORE to get the software so the product will work. I could have just bought a different logger for less money that doesn't require a download device or another purchase for the software. There's an extra $200 cost for no gain whatsoever.

Thanks for taking the time to accept my order over the phone after the online system did not wish to accept it.

Dealing with all employees. Courtesy and mannerisms, they are a role model.

I love this temperature sensors. Shopping was easy. Delivery was quick. My only complaint is the size of the box filled with peanuts for such a small little sensor. That seems to be an industry problem as Amazon struggles with it also. This is the second of the MX 2201s that I own. The first one has been in a creek for over a year and is problem free. I love it.

We haven't tested them yet, only the CO2 and the engineering team says they are great sensors! Props to HOBO

Good response back from customer service, very quick and followed back. Disappointed in their lack of product recycling, seems like they consider temperature probes disposable after a few years.
