The instructions were terrible and your verbiage on Connect is not relatable unless you work in equipment such as that.
Purchased a MX 2202 da ta logger. Customer service technician was able answer all my questions and work with me to setup the logger and run all necessary HOBO software.

Onset is generally very good in terms of products and customer support. I've used their products for decades and have rarely, if ever, been disappointed.
Needed something rush and requested the product and 2-day shipping. Everything was on time. They had a confusion with my address and even called me to clarify it before sending it to make sure I got it without issues.
Well I bought a 4 channel data logger. It isn't really a 4-channel, because all channels have to have the same ground voltage. Thus I had to buy 3 units, instead of using 1 unit. Next time I will know better.

The Onset staff, specifically Mr. Thomson, was an incredible Sales Application Specialist. His responsiveness and knowledge of various topics made selecting the RX3000 monitoring station a no-brainer. Understanding the product was simple with the provided documentation and continued technical support. Installation at 10,000' ASL on a waste rock pile at the angle of repose was straightforward and was completed without issue. Having worked with similar systems, the product and personnel Onset offers are unmatched.

No one makes better long term, continuous, deployable surface water temp loggers, and now they come with Bluetooth to connect and download without a pesky connector pack... "Take my money!" Great if you continuously monitor smaller stream, rivers, irrigation tail water. Cheers!
Two of the four water level sensors have needed replacement. Now one of the cables also need replacement. A 5 meter replacement cable should have been sent. Instead a 2 foot cable was sent.
