Their equipment and software are great and easy to use 5 stars. However, having things in stock and customer service is far from excellent, I would give stock on hand 2 stars, and customer service 3 stars.

Items were sent in a very timely fashion, exactly as ordered, and everything worked very well. Onset kept me well informed about the order status, and has provided multiple opportunities to learn how best to use the data loggers via webinars and other online resources.
UPDATE 05/25/2023: The response from the company is not accurate, as I have responded, and the issue is not resolved! I am not clear on why I have to pay a mandatory $50 for the service agreement and what I get out of it. Also, I am having a difficult time setting it up in the software. There are discrepancies between the software and what the manual says, and it is making it tougher.
I had called into customer service to see which product would best fit my needs. They were so helpful in choosing the right fit. Ordering and install was easy. The unit has worked great. Will be using more of these products.

The products advertised on the website were not available (discontinued actually) prompting a complete system redesign on our end after a lengthy delay in information from Onset
Easy warranty. Was able to replace a broken sensor without any headache.
We had issues with loggers that didn’t work and onset was so easy to work with and replace them with loggers that did.
