Quick and easy service
The Onset website is super easy to use. I got the part quickly with a full set of instructions. Parts are pretty much plug-and-play. One reason I keep using HOBO/Onset is that the parts and service are easy and can be done on the web.
Smooth order and delivery of items
The recommendation for the correct product for my requirements and shipping was quick and seamless. Thanks! But setting up using the data logger app and HOBOLink is not intuitive. As of today I still can't figure out how to download data never mind store it in HOBOLink All I can access is the current temperature and that's when I'm next to the logger and activate it with the push button Our IT guy can't figure it out either, he plans to call for advice That shouldn't be necessary
sales rep eileen sandherr helped me get everything I needed-- a lot of times with vendors they just ship me what I asked for, and don't take the time to show me additional add ons or required accessories, which is very frustrating but this time around with the purchase of pressure transducers and data logging equipment, eileen helped me get everything I need.
