Well designed website makes it easy to find what you want, easy purchase process and I had the amp clamp in 3 days. Have found the recorders to work very well, we use them regularly to resolve customer issues, perceived or real.

The only thing that wasn't quite right was that a USB cable nor a software CD did not come with the product.

device and bluetooth phone interface work great I have a getaway cabin in the mountains where we plan to spend our weekends this winter. I installed a propane heater with a setback feature to keep the place from freezing (water pipes). I left the device there for a week and upon my return was treated to a beautiful temperature graph on my phone that was so accurate that you could even tell when the heater cycled on and off over the chilly nights!
We upgraded our U12-006 to a UX120-006. Great little data logger at a fantastic price.

So far everything is great with the product. There were just a few bumps in knowing what to order so we were able to use the data logger in the way we needed to. Some confusion on what accessories were needed, but all was sorted out. Maybe this information is laid out somewhere on the website, I just didn't see anything when I was looking.

Good product, works well. I bought 0 to 24V DC cables as well. One complaint is they are marked strangely. The markings are black for ground, white for +DC and red for some sort of trigger or enable. When working on a DC circuit, normally the red is usually positive and the black or white is ground. It took me a while to figure it out.
Great, easy to use (ETU) moderately priced solution to long-term temperature/relative humidity monitoring. I using Onset MX2302 units to monitor conditions at bat roosts in bridges and elsewhere. Bluetooth connectivity allows me to retrieve data at a distance w/out disturbing the species I'm studying. Easy to program as well.

Received the Tidbit temperature data logger and it took a couple of minutes to get it configured but it works great.
