Easy to use website. Received the Data Loggers on time and was notified by email when they were shipped. Data Loggers are great! Love the app and were easy to set up. Thank you!
The Hobo logged the data I wanted very simply.
Fine encounter with your rep about delivery.
fast shipping, exactly what we needed
Good customer service, but it seems like everything is extra. We ordered a S-ADAPT box to be able to plug more than one sensor into one sensor port, and the device didn't even come with the extension cable to plug the S-ADAPT into the HOBO sensor ports. How is it supposed to function without that extension cable??!? Quality stuff, quality support, just don't be surprised about hidden or extra fees.
Ordering data loggers was easy and quick delivery. Just thought what I bought was a little expensive.
On time delivery. The data is working great. The free software could be a little better but it gets you by.
The data logger works well. I recently uploaded my first data sheet to excel and was surprised that it also calculated dew point. I absolutely recommend these data loggers.
Easy set up and configure, took awhile to find app on iOS in Colorado.
I use the U12-015 and u12-015-02 stainless loggers. This model is rock solid reliable and durable. Batteries last for years. Tons of data capacity. Waterproof even in hot water cookers. HoboWare Pro software is excellent, too.
Great loggers and easy to use with apple cellphones
Great response time and supportive.
Performed just like we were hoping
Prompt service via on-line purchase. Well labeled and understood price. Excellent purchase experience. Equipment shipped very promptly.
This is my second unit and the first logger is several years old and still functioning correctly. They have accurately logged temperatures and humidity and proven pretty rugged for a plastic encased unit.
The Data logger is very simple to set up and use. The trend data helped pin point the problem and correct a software bug.
I purchased the data logger and probes to monitor the temp. throughout my home so I could adjust dampers to provide even temperatures everywhere. The product performs as advertised. I checked the probe’s accuracy with an ice bath, boiling water and a known midrange temperature. All the probes read within 0.2 Deg. of the known temp. The free software allows you to export your data to excel where you can plot or manipulate it however you want. I am very happy with my purchase.
Great communication and quick resolution.
Great price and easy data recovery.
Having seen all the positive reviews I feel very unlucky. I have had nothing but problems with the RX3000. Mainly with the wifi connectivity. I tested the unit at the office. Connected to the wifi, logged three temp sensors and they looked nicely calibrated. Installed it at site and it has been a pig from day 1. Wouldnt connect to the wifi network, spent hours trying to prove that the modem on site is working on 2.4ghz and 5ghz. The RX3000 will only connect to 2.4g. And you have to enter the SSID manually. Long and short of it is we had to install a GSM modem. Even then it drops constantly. We installed a $40 Watchman to prove that the connection is there. One of the sensors had an error and removed itself. Added it back and now it runs half the temp of the other sensors. The logging has unexplained down peaks and gaps in the graphs. All in all it is really poor for $5000. Onset are very reluctant to replace anything faulty. Update: That is inacurate from Gregg. The unit was never hit by an elevator. Fake news! :)
