VERY GOOD would definitely recommend.

Staff I dealt with was very helpful and quick to respond. However, the Stevens water gauge device I bought from Onset appears to be faulty and I have talked with my case worker 6 days ago and have not gotten any more help. I have called several times and gotten no response.

Great service

the new onset loggers are nice, but - not as robust as the older ones. Have had a few fail after a fall, due to the screen dieing. The logger may still work, but if the screen does not, how do we know. Also seems that the battery life is shorter too. That said they are the best ones still on the market for afordable logging solutions.

Very responsive and helpful

We had issues with our logger and base not reading into the computer. The Tech Support was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what could possibly cause it. They also pointed me to new products that could possibly help the situation. It ultimately was what we needed to do as a company, and I would recommend this company to anyone. Five stars for outstanding performance.

Does exactly what I need it to!

I purchased two MX2201 temperature loggers. I had significant problems getting them to operate, which were resolved by courteous and knowledgeable tech David MacDonald. But the fact is that I should not have had to call in, since what he told me should have been in the manuals, perhaps in boldface. 1 - You must push down really hard on the little dot to turn the unit on. I pushed firmly, but it's an instrument, and I didn't realize I needed to push far harder than for any normal switch. Dave explained it's to prevent accidental on/off action, which is fine, but there should be a note in the manual and the "quick start." 2 - I had the two devices next to each other and to the iPhone on my desk. Only one would connect. Dave had me move them apart, saying the Bluetooth streams could interfere with each other. Problem solved. This should be in the manual and the "Quick Start" as well. I look forward to many happy days of data logging. -Richard Leigh

I am amazed at the efficiency of the temp loggers by Onset. I am using three different kinds in our operations and they are very easy to set up and use. I would highly recommend these products to companies that are looking for low price, efficient data loggers.

This is a nice easy product that we use in our field sampling protocols. I've had no problems working with the company or using the product. I do think the software is a little clunky and not totally intuitive, but it works well and is good for our purposes.
