I've always had great service from Onset and their data loggers are outstanding.
The data loggers are extremely easy to use, have great battery life, and have a lot of useful data collection settings. The software is also very useful and easy to use, however I wish it could be used on more than two computers.
I was looking for something that would log the energy usage of complex devices like dishwashers, smart refrigerators and washing machines. I like the the Onset logger was a standalone device. I just set up the parameters and it measures and logs. The data can be fed directly to a spreadsheet for comprehensive analysis. I'm really happy with mine.
These data loggers are top notch. The Blue Tooth range is fantastic, and the formats to export the data are robust and highly useful. Love it!!

Good data loggers and sensors that work well and are easy to program and download data. I use them for various types of electrical and electronic monitoring and recording. I would like to see a flexible current probe that is compatible with the data loggers with a 6 inch or larger window and a range up to 3000 amperes. The existing AC current probes are limited to 600 amperes and due to their split core design are sometimes difficult to use in tight places.

I purchased the InTempConnect Freezer sensors (CX-402) with 2 CX Gateways. The sensors and gateway were easy to setup and get running. To date everything has been working flawlessly.
phone support may or may not be immediately available when called. they do call back. only on one occasion did they not figure out the problem

The onset data loggers have been wonderful. We have used them many rooms in which we thought the HVAC system or lighting was not performing as it should after hours. They are easy to use and easy to read the data.
Customer service was very helpful. I was looking for a TidBit v2 logger for a project I'm starting. The representative informed me of a newer version that connected with Bluetooth tech. In the end I went with the Bluetooth TidBit and it saved a lot of money. They are $4 less per unit, you don't need to buy software or cables to connect and the free app works very easy on my I pad. In the end this saved me a couple of thousand dollars given the volume of units I purchased.
