I have used Hobo products for many years in many different applications. They have always worked like they should and are easy to use. Customer support is great also.
Just purchased 4 CO2, Temp, Humidity loggers (MX1102). They have worked just as I planned. Onset was accommodating on setting up a purchase order. They were shipped and delivered without a hitch. I do wish the monitors came in a reusable protective case.

I was a little skeptical about this system when I first introduced to this system. I had a lot of questions. I called tech support and was connected to Dave MacDonald. He is the savior! He answered all my, setup all my parameters, and triple checked the alarm settings. He made me feel like a valued customer. Dave MacDonald is definitely an asset to the company! I would recommend this company to anyone because of him.
I recently purchased a Hobo data logger from Onset. The product arrived safely and undamaged. I set up and deployed the data logger with relative ease. I appreciate the free software download: Hoboware from Onset. I have not tried to download the data from the logger yet, so hopefully, my first attempt will be successful.
