very rocky experience with data logger software. took 6 months to get it to work on my Mac. Had to use a spare PC.

The software NEEDS to have much more customization options. Need to be able to maintain a default setting so that all the detached, attached coupling columns don't download every time without having click on them every time, customized header labeled (truely) - can add your own names but then HOBO feels the need to attach additional stuff to them. This additional stuff plays havoc inside a database. The Windows 10 driver need to be fixed - continue to have to unplug and plug cable in to re-connect to sensor. Windows 10 has been out more than enough time to get this figured out. Batch processing (and reg processing) - need to be able to keep the system in UTC without having to change computer times. A better file system that allows command line to access the raw files. I better stop now..

Didn't ship in accordance with paid shipping expectations. Required additional parts for connectivity not fully explained during sale and seemingly upsold software I did not need.

My first year I could only view every three hours now I am ecstatic I can view in 10 increments with wireless sensors placed in different areas around grove. Awesome product

Got two of the Pendant MX Temps. Good shipping time and easy setup. App seems reasonably well organized too. Gonna be using them to collect some data on a small farm. I think they are gonna be great.

Elton was courteous and helpful as we worked through an issue with my UX-100 thermocouple logger. Ultimately, the company told me they would replace the logger at no cost due to the nature of the problem so I am looking forward to hearing from the customer service folks to find out how to do that.

Works great with minimal issues There have been minimal issues with connectivity. It has always connected back to the network after losing connection. Although, it did require resetting the hardware a couple of times to get it to reconnect.

This is the second Onset data logging sensor device we have owned, our first was over 12 yrs old. This was the first time I used this new one and the configuration was simple like the old one, but the app was a nice feature for this work. It took me about 10-15 min to retrieve the logged sensor data the first time. It seams I was only down loading the one reading I was viewing because I had not loaded the entire file of points before taking the download. It was only a three time attempt and I figured it out. I sure like the app feature....
