It is nice that Onset continues to support their "vintage" equipment. Schools CANNOT just upgrade their equipment when something new comes along. I am still using equipment that was purchased in 2006. I would love to have someone come along and say, "here is $30,000 to replace the aging data loggers you have been using all these years.

Everything went well. I had a slight problem with printing out an order confirmation/receipt at the end of my order (I clicked through the last page not realizing it was my last opportunity). I didn't receive an email confirmation for a couple days. However, my accounting folks wanted something immediately. An email to customer service and I received an order confirmation in a couple days, along with the usual automated version. This does not deter me from using OnSet again in the future. I'll be more careful next time. Good products and friendly customer service. Thank you.
