Temperature and humidity sensor not working. I have been contacting sales representative but there is no response. I have been using for my ongoing greenhouse experiment and I am losing my data to record inside greenhouse which is very important to analyse my crop growth with weather data. I am really disappointed.

The equipment I purchased was missing important wiring cabling to connect the UX120-017M and the T-VER-E50B2. I would have liked to know that this would not be included, as it was never identified to me that any equipment, especially essential wiring connection would not be included.

The order with Onset went well. But I was later contacted via email thT there was something wrong about the zip code. I contacted them back after e few days. By then Covid 19 was a big issue. Even if I had corrected the zip code, there were no guarantee when I would have gotten the protective boxes, because Bangladesh had complete lockdown by then. So I cancelled the order. Ms. Janet was very cooperative. Hope to order again when the situation gets under control by the grace of God. Thanks. Stay safe.
