I ordered the product a week ago and still haven't seen it.
A HOBO MX failed after 7 months (not the first, second, tenth, or probably last time it will happen). Fortunately, it was still under warranty and a new logger was sent to me. However, a new sensor was not included, so I had to wait another week for the sensor to be sent out. Meanwhile, the data that I need for a client was not being collected.The whole replacement process took about one month. I won't know if the replacement logger works or not until the next time I go download.
I love ordering from Onset - their sensors are so reasonably priced and easy to use - great for teaching. Plus their customer service is very responsive and helpful.
