Glad I could talk to someone on the phone. My only complaint was the salesperson didn't know we had to have the data manager or antenna to use the system she quoted. We received the equipment only to have to troubleshoot for an hour and find out we were missing something.
Shipping was faster than expected. Customer care emails were professional and not overboard. Items arrived well packaged, and they were easy to setup and program for use on a project. Will definitely be back as we need these periodically for different projects.
