During the trouble shooting the Tech was very helpful. We had determined the issue very quickly and discovered the logger was bad. We had ordered a new one and received it in about four days. If there was one part of the process that was a little trying was the Techs working from home and the call back process other wise everything was good.

I was concerned on this latest order that I would have to wait weeks as COVID has backed up all my equipment order delivery dates (I am still waiting on one product I ordered in February from a California manufacturer and it is now August still with no delivery in sight). Lots of room for improvement. Bought multiple 4 channel loggers on different occasions and in each batch was a faulty probe. Turn around time for calibration is very long regardless of time of year, a minimum of a month at least. Customer service is slow to respond. One positive is that their HOBO stainless steel loggers are practically indestructible making them ideal for shipping data.
