Forlan has gave me the best experience because I needed help for these past few days and no one helped except for forlan he has made my day go from bad to good. It didn’t even take long it was quite quick so over all from my own opinion forlan is the best person that works for one bill keep it up forlan take care buddy

I did not have to wait long for my call to be answered. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and with some lateral thinking sorted on how I could view my account and not another account.

Onebill is the worse company to deal with in terms of product, communications and reliability. I contacted Onebill on the 31/07/2024 to take over my business phone line and broadband however they told me that they would send an engineer to install a modem which I have to wait for about 3 weeks for the date when the engineer would come, however when the day finally came I didn’t see the engineer so I called Onebill, to my surprised they told me the engineer came and no one was available to give them access even though I was there waiting for them anyway we decided to reschedule which they did came on the day and install the modem this was on the 22nd Aug 2024 however after the engineer left I noticed that my business phone wasn’t ringing I’m only getting missed calls notifications, I called Onebill to find out what was happening I would be on the phone for over one hour and no one answered I even sent messages at that point I had to contact my previous provider and they sent out an engineer who told me my phone line was cut however they reconnected it and my phone line was up and running again with my previous supplier, today 05/09/2024 Onebill decided to call me so I told them I just wanted to cancel my account with them because they were not reliable both with product and communication as they did not stand up to their part of the deal. The deal would be that they would be my new phone line and broadband provider but they didn’t provide the full package instead I lost a lot of revenue because my phone line was down and Onebill wasn’t responding to my phone calls or messages and even though they didn’t provide the package we agreed on they told me if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay a cancellation fee which I refused so let’s see what happens next.
although i'm dissappointed the company hasn't been in touch re renewal, today the person i was speaking to was very helpful.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this company. Switched to fibre cloud voice. Open Reach came out to fit necessary equipment, which had something missing so they could not complete. Phoned One Bill on so many occasions now, having to wait at least 30 minutes each time to then be told I needed to be put through to someone else, hence another 30 minute delay. This has been 3 days of wasted time. Still, nobody can phone into the office. We are a business and missing very important calls. Not good enough! If not rectified today, will cancel and go with BT, who will undoubtedly be more clued up.

I recently accepted an offer to purchase Onebill Fibre for my business. Openreach initially informed me that the line installation was scheduled for August 9th. However, on the day of the scheduled installation, no one showed up. When I contacted Excellent Telecom's customer service after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I was shocked to be told that the line had been cancelled—something I had never requested. Moreover, I received no email notification about this supposed cancellation or even about the original order. Frustrated, I reordered the line, only to be informed that the next available installation date was August 24th. This will left my business without internet service for 11 days! When Openreach informed me of this, I called Excellent Telecom on August 15th from Barcelona, where I was on holiday, and again waited 45 minutes for someone to answer. I eventually cancelled the line and requested a confirmation email from the customer care representative. To my disbelief, on August 19th, I received a call from BT Guide on behalf of Openreach, informing me that an engineer was scheduled to come on August 22nd to install the line. I immediately called Excellent Telecom again on August 20th, endured another 50 minutes of waiting, and was told that my cancellation had been confirmed. However, the representative insisted on transferring me to the provisioning line to cancel the Openreach order, which required an additional 35-minute wait. When I finally spoke to Chris from the provisioning department, I was met with rudeness and arrogance. He constantly spoke over me, refused to be helpful, and made condescending remarks like "You’re not listening to me," which is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a business client. I’m still waiting for a supervisor to call me to resolve this issue. Since August 19th, I’ve emailed customer service multiple times, but nobody has responded. This level of service is appalling, and if I could rate this experience with negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, the lowest rating available is one star, which is far too generous given the circumstances. I’m left wondering if this company even exists!
