Very pleased with the attitude and helpful manner that my query was handled.
I would strongly urge everyone to seriously re-consider entering into a contract with this company. My experience has been nothing but negative. Incorrect information being given by staff, additional ons added onto bills. When it came to a dispute they had to admit to misleading sales and adding items without my knowledge/permission. I waited 5 month's for a property move to go through with 8 engineer visits with no contact from one bill at all. I had no access to the online portal due to a fault, so could not access bills at all. After flagging this multiple times nothing happened and as expected debt accrued on the account. I am now unable to set up a DD and a staff member must call to take payment each month. Each time you call to resolve something nothing happens they just 'flag'. The whole experience has been draining and highly stressful and if it weren't for the astronomical exit fees I would be terminating my contract over 18 Months early.

we were with bt but moved to one bill they sent a new router but the broadband kept going down !! we rang and onebill said it was because we had a network running in the broadband ! we always gave for thirty years ! we got the i t expert out and he said it was there router fault ! they wouldn’t send a new one out ! i’m. now on hold to them , it’s so far 49 mins on hold ! horrendous
The operative was helpful, pleasant and patient while answering queries. For the one question she couldn't answer immediately she got the relevant information from another department. My problems sorted ouit without hassle!
After speaking to various people I then spoke to Jack who was super helpful and finally sorted my issue out immediately. He was polite, happy and friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

They apply 2 additional charges to the business fibre contracts, one being "Complete Care" and the other "Business Assurance" in the hope you will not notice. I called to have the charges removed and the Complete Care has contined to be charged. Neither charges are mentioned in the agreement sent by email, nor the attached terms and conditions, despite the customer service department claiming they are. the refuse to refund £44 of over charges and have tried to justify the charges as being "in the terms" I agreed too. Although they cannot reference the term applicable.

Trying to end my account which is out of contract, as I’ve left the premises but I’m having no response at all. I’ve sent an email stating it’s over 28 days since I first gave notice so now I have cancelled my Direct Debit.
