Your guy was very patient and helpful with my boostbox issue. This device seems to give trouble every summer and forms a vital link. i'm not sure if the device is working again yet because it takes aparently 40 minutes but I'm confodent. Only problem is the half hour wait on hold.

I have two holiday properties and thought that I was signing up for ONEBILL. But no, two bills. It causes all sorts of problems as the 'intelligent systems' identify you but always the wrong bill. I can't automatically log in as I have TWO ACCOUNTS. I need to pay my bill on one, when I phoned today it tells me I have a zero balance despite receiving an email to say I have one account overdue. The only reason I can think is that it picked up my mobile number and linked it to the account that is paid. I have hung on the line and despite my call 'being important' couldn't get through. A company that closes at 5.30 for businesses is just not working. I'm at my wits end trying to sort it all out.
