Very good Company and great customer service
I took over the premisses back in June, I decided to do a favour and take over a contract for phone and Internet since it seemed logical, the whole thing was done over the phone, they actually got me on a new contract which I didn't mind since the price they offered seemed OK, there were no hidden costs explained, TC and Cs were also not pointed out or sent to me prior. Fast forward to October, I missed one direct debit payment which was my error, day after I tried to pay it online I couldn't spent an hour on the phone to pay it manually, I than noticed that I have been paying more than it was agreed and questioned the extra charges which I never agreed to. Fast forward to today I received a message that my bill wasn't paid which nothing came out of my account to my surprise the amount was over double of what should be paid, apparently that's there late fee charge, none direct debit charge (like what) and a charge for a Manual payment a month prior... My mind went elsewhere for a second... How can you justify hidden costs there were never explained, I would never take this contract on knowing how much of a scam this company is. I asked to terminate the contract since they're internet is awful anyway and the way they treat they're customers is outrageous to be hit with almost £500 termination fees, this surely can't be legal... I am going to speak yo them tomorrow and present my case of false information and see what's the outcome, but by reading the comments it will most likely end up in court I'm vicious and stubborn and won't pay money that my kids could have in their savings account for hefty fines they have to charge because they have no reputation and are frauds.

The patience given by Forlan was excellent. My internet connection was lost ans Forlan carefully explained how I should send photos then told me how to rearrange rhe wires goibg to the router. He called me back in the afterniin to check it was working. Forlan is to be commended on his excellent service. experience

THIS IS THE WORSE TELECOM COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AND IVE BERN WITH A FEW!! THEY INCREASE YOUR BILL EVEN WHEN THEY PROMISE THE WON’T BE ANY FURTHER INCREASES DURING YOUR CONTRACT!! AND WHEN MY CONTRACT FINISHED THEY GIVE ME A MASIVE BILL AND THREATENED WITH LEGAL COSTS IF I DIDN’T PAY!!! THIS COMPANY SHOUD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR THEIR CONDUCT!! DON’T USE THEM YOU’LL REGRET GOING WITH THEM!!
Absolutely terrible. Do not get this!!! The seamless takeover from BT - I was left for a month with no internet. Unable to get any response or apology from OneBill. Broadband is forever switching off. Huge price hike after 3 months. Terrible customer service (call answered after 5 rings - I waited an hour and was then cut off) phone is ok. Probably the worst telecom company ever.
I have been with 2 year on business and offered me rate to match by and lied and increased my bill. Have over charged me alot. When ever u call to speck to the manager to complaint no passes u on or never gets back.....I hope it closed down soon...what goes around comes around u scam artist...
DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF!! YOU AGREE TO A AGREED AMOUNT AND THEY INCREASE IT DUE TO HIDEN CHARGES AND AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT HIT YOU WITH HEAVY COSTS FOR HIDDEN CHARGES AGAIN!! A very helpful gentleman, who was understanding and took the time to explain what had to be done with our present problem and what to do to install our second handset.
