One you press which number you need and wait a few like 6-10 mins to be answered. they sorted my problems out very fast so thank you,
After waiting a month to get set up with one bill (XLN TELECOM) we had had nothing but poor customer service! The Internet our end doesn't work, I've been trying to cancel for weeks and everytime I mention it I get hung up on. I've been speaking to rude people who then hang up on me without adding anything to my notes. I've been passed to every different department who have no idea what to do. I just wanted to cancel! Now I've received a forceful email telling me to pay £795! I phoned and they said no its £125 (2 months and set up) I havnt had any service and I've been waiting for managers to call back and I've been calling still trying to cancel. The whole company is a joke, no one speaks to other departments. I've just got off the phone AGAIN and the man said "A manager will call you back (again) but to be honest no-one wants to touch your account they'd rather jump out a window". I just want to leave, I've had enough of speaking to every department and then just pass onto the next department without helping. Seriously avoid the company they're terrible I've only had a few helpful people, and they agreed with me that the notes on my account are useless and could be made into a book... let's hope someone actually helps and calls back this time!

I phoned to sort out the price of a new contract and didn’t wait very long to be answered by a young man called Jack. He didn’t have the authority to authorise a new price, so explained he would get a colleague to phone me back within 48 hours. About 2 hours later his colleague phoned me and sorted a new price within 10 to 15 minutes. Both were very helpful and efficient and I have a new 24 month contract. Very pleased

We were meant to join one bill on the 22nd of May 2024 we are on 2nd of July and they still have not been in touch in anyway what so ever. They clam to have rang me however my mobile shows no miss call and no messages. How come they are the only company that can not get through to me. I have asked for our contract to be cancelled and Tey can't even do that, I feel they a drawing this out, but for what reason I have no idea, this is the only thing I can think of. We are on call divertiti and get phone calls at all hours we have to carry our appointment book around with us in case we miss a call. There is to much to write down they are an absolute joke of a company.
