I contacted one bill telecom today with several problems concerning my broadband, router and printer and after speaking to 3 different people who couldn't sort out my problem's I was at my wit's end and then got transferred to Ryan in Technical support and I must say he was wonderful, he worked through everything with me and was very patient, he took control and everything got sorted!! Thank you so much Ryan

Spoke to Daniel with a couple of queries. Had been incorrectly charged for one line which had been cancelled and he sorted it out immediately. Also queried the price rise on my remaining number which is now out of contract. Said it should be possible to give a better cost and I will get a call back from the team within 48 hours. Very helpful, efficient and friendly.

The staff member took time to go through the steps to tell me what to do ,its has corrected the problem fingers crossed.
It has been 3 weeks of chat line, e-mail and phone conversations to try and sort out the cloud phones, and it still not fixed. It worked perfectly okay with my previous company. I have lost 20+ hours of my time to try and get it sorted. I am now taking some time away from work but still trying to get it all sorted. Sammy is currently trying to get it sorted at 17.09 on Friday 19th April 2024. I have also lost business because of all the problems. Customers have not been able to contact me at my office.
