For the past month I have spoken to Caleb (on multiple occasions) and Jamie, their customer service was terrible, horrific, scary and honestly the worst I have ever been treated. Lying to my face, laughing to my face saying ‘whatever’ when I asked to speak to someone else, for them 0 stars and they honestly need to be spoken to. However I spoke to Eden, who was polite and understanding, he took extra time explaining everything and emailing me to help me understand better. Should hire more people like Eden (he deserves 5stars).
Forlan was absolutely amazing service was disconnected but he went out of his way to restore the broadband service would highly recommend using this broadband company

The technical assistant was very helpful, offered guidance to identifying our internet issue, seems this is an issue with the Ethernet on the PC or the Wi-Fi Hub.

In November 2023 I signed up for Onebill cloud phone system. I still haven't had a working phone system , been able to cancel the contract , haven't refunded the DD payments they have taken for a service we didn't receive . Have emailed several times and still waiting for a response . I have never dealt with a company as incompetent as this one . Avoid at all costs Have now had an email after posting this review funny that

Thanks to Ryan at XLN Tech Support for his help in getting the 1571 answering service to operate on the correct line and for resolving a Call Waiting issue. Also for providing clear instructions on what had to be done at our end to get the system reconfigured.
Been with this company for my business for a number of years now and had no issues. So what’s wrong? My contract has run out and I cannot for my life of me get in touch with the sales team to renew! Three weeks later (20 plus call hours) I had a break through and I spoke to customer services. The lovely polite lady assured me that someone would ring me within a couple of days. Ten days later no call back! So for the last 3 payments have been over £80 for a contract that was just over £30 because it’s out of contract!! One phone line, no outbound calls and broadband. This is how you put a small business out of business! Shocking unethical behaviour- I can’t cancel or renew because I can’t get through to sort it!!
