I bought a bed frame for my stepdaughter. It was the most expensive of the three options. The saleswoman was nice and very helpful. I had to go to shipping to pick up the frame. The man who brought it to my car was not helpful at all. The guy in the car next to mine was more helpful. I got the frame home, where we started to put the frame together. We had to use a pliers to get one of the corners straight enough to insert the wheel. Then, when moving the bed to where it would rest, we discovered one of the wheel parts was bent. Not the same wheel, by the way. The broken wheel part was bent at a 90 degree angle, making it difficult to reinsert (especially with the bed/boxspring on it). I didn't return the frame because it's too heavy and took too long to put together. But I would like a replacement wheel.
Overall great service in terms of ordering the items on the phone and picking up at the distributor. One issue I have is the website is not officially up to date in terms of delivery areas and the biggest issue I had is the color of my items online were EXACTLY what I was looking for, but when I opened the package, the color was different and darker. Still acceptable but very disappointing
I will never go. Don't recommend.
Store staff wonderful,couch delivered on time ,about a week and a half later the zipper on the back of my Recliner sofa broke and had stuffing fall out ,cushion now has big indent very uncomfortable to sit in now ,I have been waiting 6 weeks now and they still haven't come to fix it. Very disappointed in the customer service, and repair.
The salesperson was helpful and pointed us in the direction of options that fit our needs. We were then left to make decisions regarding fabrics,etc without him hovering. The sofa was delivered on time. Shortly after we received the sofa, one of the front rails broke, sagging to floor. Old Brick fixed the sofa without any hesitation. My only complaint is the time we waited for the sofa to be picked up and delivered after the repair. The repair took less than a day, but it took a week to be delivered.

After many trips to the stores within 20 miles we found the old brick to be the best quality and price around. Friendly staff without any pressure a great experience overall.

Great customer service
We always find what we are looking for, either in the Troy store or the Colonie store. The help is also very good and they are no pushy.
The table was damaged upon arrival. The chairs screw was not properly installed. I had to take another day off fr work to have the repair person to the house to fix the problem. The chair could not be fixed. Tue repair gentleman was very nice and helpful.
Sooooo pleased with the result! (Wasn't able to visualize the fabric pattern on the recliner beforehand, so was holding my breath that I might have chosen a difficult (patterned) fabric. But was pleasantly surprised as Klaussner did a wonder job matching, etc. It came out beautifully! Laurie was so incredibly helpful and patient with me....I was in 10 times before I purchased :)
The only place we will buy furniture from now on.

Do not feel the quality of the furniture is worth the money
The price and selection is pretty good! The gentleman that helped me complete my purchase was very pushy about purchasing the protection plan. I bought a dresser with mirror, a chest and 2 nightstands. He repeated over and over about how silly it was to not purchase the protection plan. When I sat down with him to finalize the order he pushed again with the plan which almost pushed me out the door. Other than this issue, everything was great!
