Purchased bedroom furniture 3yrs ago from Old Brick and just love it. Recently went back and purchased a sofa bed. Sales reps always friendly, helpful but never pushy. Delivery was as expected 4-5 weeks.The delivery men did have a challenge getting the sofa up 12 stairs and put two small gouges in my recently painted wall. (They didn't seem to notice, I did after they left.) It did appear one delivery person was more experienced than the other; having to give some direction. They did, however, make sure the sofa bed worked and took all packing material with them which I appreciated. Will definitely continue to check out Old Brick for future purchases. Prices are very reasonable.
I purchased three large pieces of furniture from Old Brick. The salesman was very helpful but not pushy. I had the pieces delivered because the delivery fee was reasonable and I knew the sofa bed would be very heavy to lift into the house on our own. The delivery men were curtious and had their work cut out for them when getting the pieces through the door. They never complained but just kept working. They even opened the sofa bed to make sure it fit when laid out. At the time of this review, I am happy with Old Brick's service and products.
We had a good experience and met up with the same salesman at two different showrooms which actually helped with us making up our minds. Delivery was quick and well done. The men who delivered the furniture was polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.
Purchased a mattress in July and unfortunately it wasn't up to standard - however, the 90 day warranty period was up. We complained to Old Brick and they ended up giving us full credit toward another mattress anyway. We thought that was very nice. We are very happy with our new mattress.

The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. The color of the recliner we chose had been discontinued, but was still shown as an option in the display floor. Check out was a breeze. Delivery was awful. It took them five seconds to set it up. As soon as they left I sat in the recliner and the handle came off. You could see how poorly it was installed as the plastic was mangled around the opening. Samantha at customer service was friendly and helpful. The earliest someone could come back and fix our brand new recliner was six days later (today). The were supposed to call between 730-8 with the window. They called at 815. Word to the wise- pick it up yourself.
After considerable shopping around I found exactly what I was looking for at Old Brick. The selection is current and on trend. I love my new leather furniture.

Hello I ordered a cabinet and it was not in stock. I called and found out the order was in on a monday however the rep told me I could not pick it up that day and could only pick it up Tuesdays and Saturdays from 12-7 ....that is insane in this day and age. I could not make it on Tuesday so had to take time off work to go Saturday.
Shopped all around. Always feel welcomed with friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. We have purchased from the Rotterdam, Troy and now Colonie/ Albany locations. 15 plus years and that's a lot of " be-backers " Highly recommend to everyone.
Very good place to shop. Have had mattress problems in the past and a slight bump in the warranty process with my last purchase. Old Brick did provide excellent sales service and did deliver on time with kind and courteous delivery people. Would purchase from this business again.
Overall satisfied with the experience. My biggest complaint would be the time between ordering the chair and finally receiving the chair. I was told by the salesman when I ordered it that it would be approx. 4 weeks before it would be ready. I heard nothing and at the 5 week mark I called and was told it would be in the 1st wk. of Dec. Again heard nothing and called and was told another date AGAIN- this one proved correct. It ended up being a 8 week wait. In all my purchases here never had such a frustrating experience. Good value but hope next time I spend my money here the wait is better- or a more exact date is given.
