Had an issue with quality of first living room set delivered. I was able to exchange it ( paying a 15% restocking fee) . Customer service was good.
So nice to be able to shop without a salesperson constantly shadowing behind you. The salesman (can't remember his name) who assisted me was very polite and helpful. Oh, and by the way, I love my new recliner.

I liked that i got called back for a delivery appointment, when the delivery guys got here they setup my new mattress and took my old one quickly.
Would have been 5 stars but taking so long to have our furniture delivered!! Was told upwards of 6 weeks to get our new items!
Selecting our love seat was fairly easy. Unfortunately, picking a fabric to match my other furniture was not so easy. With over 100 samples to choose from there were only two in dark green. Definitely not our style. We ended up with charcoal. Looking for fabric to tie the two together now. We were most impressed with the two men that delivered our piece. They were so polite and respectful. They even called each other "Sir". Very refreshing. It made me smile.
bought a recliner their ,wasn't pushed, and very much liked my experience,price and quality. Would definitely buy from them again in the future. Jack R
My experience from buying the mattress to delivery was excellent. However I would have appreciated if the delivery men had those little booties to go over their shoes. It was a whether wet day in winter when they made my delivery. I have carpet throughout my house which they had to walk through to my bedroom to set up the mattress. It would have been nicer if they hadn't tracked snow and slop on my carpets..those little booties would have eliminated that. Just something to think about.

I just wanted a nightstand and was delighted to find many choices in clearance stock. The staff showed me the options and wrote up the order. After payment, the small 2-drawer chest was loaded into my vehicle and I was on the way. A great bargain -- and really great, well-made furniture we will use for many years to come. The experience at Old Brick Furniture is always pleasant and expeditious. I recommend them to all my friends.
We had the sleep mapper done and were only shown three beds-the most expensive ones -we also ended up buying a base that was broken! Luckily we returned the base and purchsed a bed without difficulty
When my couch was delivered on Friday. They forgot the plug in cord and this was a floor sale so they had the cord with them. This was not a manufacturing default. And I had to wait one week for the plug in cord and my couch wouldn't even work until then.
We purchased a mattress and thought it was fabulous that there was a 90 day "happiness guarantee." Well as it turned out the mattress we picked was anything but making us "happy." After 5 painful nights of sleep we contacted Old Brick to change it out for another mattress. Not so easy. We have to keep it for 30 days or pay an additional 25% of the cost of the mattress to dispose of this one. I don't care if I slept on this for 100 days it will never be the right mattress. I wake up in excruciating pain every single day. I would NOT buy from Old Brick again and I have been a longtime customer. Just shows it is great unless you have a problem. Update - I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 3. I finally was able to get somebody to help with this mattress problem and I would give their response a 5. Finally somebody listened that this mattress and/or platform was defective and causing major problems, not just a normal break-in problem. I agree that there is always a break-in period. I can't tell you how many mattresses we've purchased that feel soft and comfy at the store but the new one feels way too firm and hard. Usually after a few weeks it relaxes and becomes comfy and softer feeling, however this was not the case with this mattress. I was able to make the exchange and got a new mattress delivered the same day. I had a much better night sleep but still dealing with the left over pain from the other mattress. I would assume the pain will be gone soon. If I had gotten this level of service from the start I would have given a 5 star rating.
Found exactly what I was looking for..after visiting many other stores in several different countys my last stop was old brick.. sales person was very helpful and not pushy.. I would reccomend old brick to anyone looking for quality funiture at a good price
I was very happy with the purchases I made but the delivery people were less to be desired first off the furniture was just thrown on the truck so the furniture had scratches on it all the pieces were not delivered the workers had no tools to put the beds together wanted me to do it had to give them the tools so they could put them together I paid extra for this and they seemed bothered that. They had to put it together very unprofessional
