Excellent service at the Campbell Rd store by Sean. Very knowledgeable with regard to mattresses, beds, etc. Large selection of mattresses to choose from. Delivery on time. Delivery staff very careful with moving mattresses around in house. Very happy with purchase.

I shopped a couple other furniture outlets before going with oldbrick. I found their staff to be helpful, and there prices more cost efficient given there quality of furniture over other stores around. I'll be sticking with Oldbrick for future purchases.

My only complaint would be the cost of delivery. I felt it was very expensive. That is my only negative complaint

Old Brick is our go to furniture store. Their salespeople are low key but very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I go to another store to compare prices the salespeople make my skin crawl and they are always more expensive. Sorry to hear that they will be moving out of Troy, but they will still be my first stop.

After relocating to Albany and looking at numerous furniture stores where I found low quality and unfriendly return policies, someone recommended Old Brick Furniture and I was so pleased to find exactly what I was looking for with a friendly and helpful salesman. Even the delivery men were friendly and helpful, pointing out where the chairs might look better than where I had positioned them. I recommend Old Brick Furniture as a first stop when you're furniture shopping.

Love Old Brick, and have for years! Beautiful furniture at a great price. The guys that delivered our bedroom set were wonderful, funny & friendly. However, there were a couple nicks in our new paint job where they must have banged the bed and/or dressers into the wall. And one dresser had a handle missing, we called and they said they would send another out, but haven't seen it yet. All in all, a great company!

Brought a chest of drawers, whole process was simple and pleasant

The sofa we purchased seemed to be what we were looking for - until we brought it home. Unfortunately, it was not --- some problems with the mechanical parts and plain down it was uncomfortable. Spoke with the customers service and to my surprise they have gone out of their way to make this right!!! I have never had such STELLAR Customer Service. Will always go back to Old Brick!!!
