Nice selection of power recliners good prices but most are not instock!! You have to wait for delivery.. was not happy about 3 weeks for them to get it in then another week to deliver.
I haven't changed my mattress in a long time. A lot of features have changed since 15 years ago. I knew I wanted to try the new memory foam mattress. I wanted something good and affordable. After analyzing my sleep number the honest representative took me to try out alternatives, I told her that I would like to get the best most affordable bed, she immediately suggested the perfect bed for me. I am happy she helped me choose the right bed for me, since I have been sleeping like a baby.
Very satisfied with everything
We have purchased a few pieces of furniture from Old Brick. We have been to both locations and find the people working there friendly and helpful. We were able to find pieces that were specific to our needs and price rage. I also like the fact that you can work with anyone in the store. I would highly recommend shopping at Old Brick.
We had a wonderful experience with Old Brick. Furniture was fairly priced and great quality! Our salesman was professional and helpful. The delivery staff was excellent. One man's name was Quinten and the other man was Mike I think. Both were respectful of our floors (the weather was bad the day of delivery) and efficient. The overall experience was a pleasure.

We've been looking for a sectional for our home theater room. Our requirements were very unique to our space and preferences for comfort - most especially a high enough back that our heads didn't hang over the back at an uncomfortable position. After many years of searching unsuccessfully, we finally found a 6 piece sectional we liked but was too long on one side to fit our space. We were thrilled that Old Brick allowed us to eliminate 2 sections which made the dimensions just right. It was delivered in very short time; would have been faster but our work commitments forced us to wait until Saturday. The delivery people were pleasant, very skilled, professional and quick with set-up. They were very knowledgeable about the product and gave us instructions on the recliners and detaching the sections if needed. There are many other positives from this experience. We're thrilled with our purchase and the no-pressure sales philosophy of Old Brick. The price was very good too - much better than many other stores at which we shopped over the years. We will definitely buy from Old Brick again and recommend them highly.
Item had been on backorder ; I received status updates - phone calls and emails as promised. Pickup by a third party went smoothly - no paperwork glitches nor problems with item being sent to a different store for the pickup. Overall great experience.
Location of the store on Railroad Avenue makes it easy to get to with no traffic to contend with. The store is well laid out and comfortable to shop in and I found the sales staff helpful and courteous. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the quality of the furniture is not the best but to be fair it is priced accordingly. Take this with a grain of salt because I am a bit of a furniture snob.....
The Chaise lounge is simply gorgeous... and comfortable too! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is we had to wait longer than expected for delivery; the customer service staff never communicated to us what was causing the holdup. When our furniture arrived the manager had included at no charge the extra color coordinated pillows which are of high quality and clearly cost several hundred dollars. We never asked, they just included them for our trouble which is very much appreciated. We have purchased other furniture and highly recommend them, from the salespeople down to the delivery guys they always take good care of us! TY Old Brick
We purchased the extended warranty and had to JUMP through hoops! And stay on top of it or your forgotten about. October claim finally completed in February. Had Thanksgiving & Christmas missing 2 chairs. NO idea it would take this long, And they didn't care.

Everything was as advertised and we are happy with our new furniture.
We had a great experience overall. Have bought from Old Brick several times. However on this occasion we ordered furniture and picked out a fabric, the date was 12/06/16. We were told normally it would take 4 weeks but because of the holidays the plant shuts down so it would be 6 weeks. I called 3rd week of January for an update and rep said end of January. Feb 1st I called and was told middle of February. After some discussion we were able to pinpoint a date of 2/4/17. Furniture is great.
After searching several (all) of the furniture stores in the area we came right back to Old Brick (the first place we went). Purchase a couch, matching chair, and accent chair. First deilvery was supposed to be both chairs only one showed up. They called within 2 minutes of leaving after the one chair (supposed to be 2) delivery and made it right! Exceptional customer service! I won't shop anywhere else for furniture.
No pressure, we were shown many different styles, comfort levels of sofa's, chose what we liked, chose our delivery date and the gentlemen who delivered our furniture even brought us delicious cookies from the Cookie Factory.
