Received beautiful, new dining room table and chairs today! It was here in the 30-40 day range as promised on the day I ordered it in November. Due to MY schedule it was delivered 2 days before large Christmas Eve dinner, first delivery of the day. The delivery men were professional and friendly, and set the table up with no problem and in good time. Awesome experience and I would recommend Old Brick Furniture to everyone!!
Overall it was a wonderful experience except that I only received one piece of furniture when I bought two. I was told that it was back ordered and would be a few weeks before I would receive the entertainment center. They stated that they would call us the next day after they made a call to see if we could receive it faster. The call never came and when we called them they stated that we would not have it for at least 6 weeks or longer. They were unwilling to sell us the floor model because they needed it to sell more of what they didn't have in stock or that they couldn't get for weeks. Very nice staff but still unable to enjoy new furniture purchase!

Old Brick is a great place to shop, the sales people are friendly but not "in your face". I've had three separate purchases and deliveries in the past few months and they have been great each time. Not just the sales people but the delivery men as well!
I recently moved to a new apartment and needed furniture. I was able to find a full sofa, small dinette set, queen mattress and box spring all for $1500. The employee helping me out was great, and spent all the time with me that was needed. They also gave me their honest opinion on what furniture or features might be the best for me personally.

I received furniture and the love seat did not exceed my expectations like the couch and chair. I called Old Brick and they sent someone right out and took care of it. From beginning until end well taken care of. One small problem with a dining chair when it was unpacked and they were great about it. They took one off the showroom floor so we would not have to wait for an ordered one to come in. Will buy from them again in the future for sure.
This was my first time buying through Old Brick and I heard nothing but great reviews from friends about them. After this experience, I will not be recommending them to anyone. I ordered a kitchen table and a sectional sofa on the same day. The sectional needed to be custom ordered but the table was delivered the very next Saturday with one of the pieces to level it missing. When I called back they said they couldn't just put one in the mail to me, they had to send a technician which they would schedule with the delivery of my sectional. I have waited over five weeks now for my sectional and called today for a status on the order. I was told it was already ready and the woman had no reason as to why I did not receive a call on the delivery. She was rude to me on the phone and clearly not willing to talk to me as she tried passing me to "my salesman in Albany". I explained to her that I purchased the sectional in Schenectady. I need Saturday delivery and apparently could have had my sofa and chaise delivered this past weekend but now will have to leave work in order to get it delivered since I am away for the following two weekends for the holidays. I deserved an explanation for the mix up and didn't get one. I am highly unsatisfied and will not be offering Old Brick as a recommendation to anyone I know. Terrible disorganization and even worse customer service. Not even an apology.
Purchased a couch, coffee table, leather chair and a dining room set from Old Brick in Troy, NY. Absolutely love all the furniture, the low prices I found, and the delivery team was great to work with! I love that the sales people don't bother or hover over you, but are there when you need them. I looked at other places and prices and would recommend Old Brick.

My wife and I were promptly greeted at the door and left for a few minutes to browse without pressure. Our sales person met us in the bedding dept where we were computer fitted for our new mattress and selected a beautiful Tempurpedic Cloud. We then purchased a new bedroom set to complement the mattress. We selected a black and grey reclaimed barn style. All of the aforementioned furniture was delivered on time and assembled by professional stafff. We couldn't be more pleased with our sales experience and follow up by the staff and general manager.

No hassles, you can take your time looking, staff available for questions. The only negative thing I encountered is waiting 30 days for my sofa just because I wanted different accent pillows.
We visited your Troy store on Black Friday with a specific item in mind. We spoke with a sales associate who took our order and assured us it would be delivered to the Colonie store in one week. One week later, we received the call that the item was in. We are assuming that it is in good condition because we couldn't unpack it before Christmas. If it's not - no doubt Old Brick will make it right.
The salesman was very helpful in discussing the selections of electric lift chairs available. Also purchased the end tables which was available at time of purchase. They assembled them in a timely manner.
