I have always liked Old Brick Furniture. I was a little disappointed with the service this time. I had to seek someone out to help me when I was there. I felt that because I was shopping alone that no one approached me as there were other shoppers (couples) that seemed to have no issue with someone approaching them. We purchased an electric recliner couch and when we brought it home it did not work. It was somewhere around 7:30pm so the service department was closed. We had reclined the couch and a wire had got pinched and we could not get it down. I was upset as we had just brought it home, didn't even own it for more than 30 minutes. We would have had to wait four days before we could get someone to fix it as it was a Thurs evening and the repair dept didn't work Fridays or weekends. Thankfully my husband knew how to fix it so we could actually use our new couch. Other than those issues, we do love our couch and I would still purchase from Old Brick in the future. The last time I purchased furniture was in 1992 from Old Brick and I still have the love seat I had purchased and it is still in great condition. Hopefully this new couch will last just as long.
Had a couple of issues with my table and customer service was very profession and did not make me feel like what I was calling about was an inconvenience.
We purchased a king size mattress from the old brick and all aspects of the transaction were handled in a professional manner. Our questions were answered fully upfront and the use of the sleep mapper and the sleep guarantee made us confident in our decision. The delivery had to be rescheduled due to the cold weather and a very limited amount of space to get the mattress in the house. The delivery guys did a great job getting it in the house with no damage to anything. I always purchase from the old brick and this transaction is yet another reason why I do.

We are happy with our store experience and the couch we purchased, but delivery was problematic. The gentleman who brought the couch were very nice as well as timely, but our walls were chewed up in the process of hauling the couch down the hallway.
Our 8 year old is very tall for his age, and his prior bed, a twin, was no longer comfortable for him. We stopped into Old Brick simply to browse and compare prices; we had purchased several other pieces of furniture here over the years and have been very happy with each item! We brought our son as well, we were allowed to browse at our own speed without being inundated by sales people, which we loved! Our salesperson was very thorough in explaining warranties, each product and delivery and our son was able to chose his own bed. We received delivery just before Christmas, with the delivery people being very professional, fast, prompt and clean; they even removed our old mattress! Since then, our son is super happy with his new bed and so are we! Thank you, Old Brick! We will be back!!

Great customer service and very prompt and professional delivery staff. They do charge for delivery and don't take your old furniture, but that may be common practice these days. Overall a good experience and would buy from again.
From the helpful sales staff when choosing my furniture to the Men that delivered the furniture, everyone was friendly and professional. While shopping, I never felt like they were trying to upsell my decisions. Old Brick will be my first stop every time.
The sofa and chair purchased were great as far as quality and price. The staff was just lovely. All in all they made it a pleasant and expeditious experience.
item was ordered as a Christmas present for my son. We picked it up and put it together at home. Ordering was easy, paying for the item at pick up time was simple and the customer service rep was sweet; the gentleman who loaded the box in my SUV was friendly; and putting it together was a breeze. The piece matches items from this line that was already in the home. we are very satisfied.

I thought they did not work on commission when we first walked in Laurie was on us like a fly on poop and continued to follow us around the store when we told her we were just looking ...... when I inquired about credit she I informed her mine was not the best she told me they required a pretty high credit score which turned out to not to be true ..... she disappeared Hank then appeared and over heard my husband and I talking and he informed me they had credit option for mediocre credit would I like to try so I said sure Laurie came back up and started yelling at him made me feel very uncomfortable not a good experience
Overall, my wife and I enjoy the two sofas we purchased. However, a day or two after they were delivered we noticed that 6 staples were sticking out of one of the armrests on the side. It's unfortunate that this wasn't caught at the factory or warehouse. They came out and repaired the sofa very soon after thankfully.
We purchased three pieces of furniture for the living room. All three are powered recliners, a sofa and two 11/2 extra wide chairs. After days of visiting the other stores we went back to Old Brick Furniture. They have a good selection of quality brands, good prices and a great staff to work with. This my third major purchase and most definitely not my last from Old Brick. The personnel delivering the furniture are very careful and pleasing to deal with.
