Lousy service, connection is up & down, times out, looses connection. Tried everything asked of by 'engineers' to rectify but still not working
Had an issue that I couldn't solve for weeks, Sent a DM on twitter and the customer support rep who I spoke to gave me the exact solution and I can use VPN on my iPhone again. Very pleased with the rep, he was polite, to the point, and response times were completely reasonable. Well done
Scammers that will over charge you stealthily without providing any billing statements. Even if you only sign for a months service, they will set your account to auto renew (without telling you) and continue to charge without notifying or billing you. Furthermore, if you sign up and pay through eg. Apple subscriptions, they will also charge you directly so you end up double-paying. They do provide a service, but will find every angle to make you pay more than you should and their customer service sucks…like old-school insurance claims department that play every trick in the book to not refund you. Stay away and don’t believe the positive reviews…their bots have been working overtime My Reply to your Question I requested a ticket in my ‘chat’ with customer service but was told there isn’t one to give. I also requested a transcript of the chat, which was sent to my email but the message is blank. The pain goes on…
Constant login issues. Customer service is a joke.

Repeated disconnection. Even while static and connected to router at home. Sometimes reconnects automatically, other times remains disconnected.

My apple subscription renewed & yet the app keeps requesting that I subscribe & pay. Customer support has been inefficient resolving this even after providing them all the I for they requested. I guess they don’t care if I don’t have access since they already gave my money..very disappointing & frustrating.
Nord VPN seems to get me blocked from logging onto many websites. I don't know why, but I get blocked, and when I turn off Nord VPN, I am able to log onto those particular websites.

PROS: Prompt communication and responses Links were provided which greatly helped me to retrieve data/logs needed to assess problem. In the end I'm left wondering if I should dump Norton 360. That is, what does Norton 360 do that Nord VPN does not do??

Great.value if you can get a good deal for 2 years or so. Speeds good particularly if you are using the VPN from your own country.
