Had a problem with the installer. Support fixed it within 24 hours (three emails back and forth). Now it works like a charm.

Bought nord as I was traveling. Has been a complete pain in the arse. Every time I tied to connect to a new wifi nord would not have it. At the very least i'd have to restart my computer a couple of times to get connected. More than once having to completely uninstall it before I could connect. Traveling with my brother who had the same trouble.

For got to take off my auto renew and new premium was three times the price. Had to contact customer service to get a cancellation link as there isn't one on the app. When I hit cancel they offered my three years instead of one for the same price. Now they are just ripping off people that are on auto renew and then forget to call. I call this very poor business ethics.

I switched phones and your system no longer recognizes my email address show that I could update date it into my new phone. My tablet and my desktop, so I'm not happy. I don't remember when my subscription ended.But because of this I have to resubscribe.You obviously have this email address in your system.However, the woman that I spoke to, she could not find this email address.So i'm not happy

Since the last update nobody in our office can send or get emails via Outlook (6 users), I have looked up all the poetential issues, but nothing resolves the issue, it's exteremely frustrating and If i cannot get a resolution we will be forced to find a more reliable VPN provider.
