Vraiment l'une des pire sociétés, après avoir été abonné 3 ans 2 fois du coup 6 ans javais le renouvellement automatique et le jour même j'ai demandé l'annulation. Ils me disent que non, impossible d'après les conditions d'utilisation blabla... Vraiment une escroquerie sans nom. Leur von est bcp plus lent que la concurrence, tout est dans le marketing, ils viennent de perdre plusieurs clients. Pas arrangeant du tout et service commercial exécrable. Pour nord pass préférez les équivalents gratuit qui font le travail beaucoup mieux.

Ich wünsche, dass ich als Kunde ernst genommen werde. Ich bekomme immer wieder E-Mails auf meine alte Mail-Adresse. Ich habe mich deswegen schon an an den Support gewendet (19.2.25 und 28.2.25) und sie haben mir versichert, dass meine E-Mail-Adresse von der Mailingliste entfernt wurde. Jedoch bekomme ich trotzdem noch E-Mails auf diese Mail-Adresse. Ich habe jedoch erfolgreich meinen Account auf meine neue Mail-Adresse geändert. Und habe ich alle Werbemails abbestellt. Jedes Mal, wenn ich mich an den Support wende, löscht ein Mitarbeiter meine E-Mail-Adresse anscheinend aus dem System und danach bekomme ich trotzdem noch E-Mails. Dieses 08/15-Vorgehensweise bei spezifischen Problemen ist ärgerlich.

Tienes una lista de servidores en cada pais y que empiezas a usar, te vas conectando a cada servidor de ese país, todo bien usando cada servidor, y de buenas a primeras al rato deja de funcionar, no conecta ningún servidor de ningún país y se queda continuamente conectando. Esperas un rato y ya funciona, y te vuelve a pasar en bucle lo mismo. Y esto pasa tanto en Windows como en la app de iOS en mi caso. Perdonadme al equipo NordVPN pero en esto no llegáis ni a la suela del zapato a ProtonVPN que no he tenido ni el más mínimo problema salvo de mantenimiento de servidores y que no puedes usar en ese momento, por el resto siempre me han conectado y cero problemas, podía hacer cambio continuado de conexión entre servidores sin estos problemas con vuestro servicio...

I‘m using Nord for many years now and I‘m very happy with it. Tickets are replayed quick and concise. For me, as a technical illiterate the instructions are simple to put in place. The staff is friendly and professional. So thank you Nord keep up the excellent work

Am 14.03.2025 wollte ich Nord VPN ausprobieren. Erst registriert, dann Kreditkarten-Nummer angegeben, die auch mit 125,38 € belastet wurde. Nach 30 Minuten Test habe ich mich entschieden, diesen nicht zu nutzen und habe ihn gelöscht. Auf Nachfrage zur Erstattung, sagte man mir, da ich den Account gelöscht habe, gibt es keine Erstattung. So kann man sich auch die Taschen vollmachen. Daher rate ich von diesem ab. Nach dieser Bewertung hat NordVPN mir eine Erstattung zukommen lassen.
