Nord VPN is mediocre at best. I have had to disable most of the added extensions to use websites that I have previously marked as safe in my account. Please think twice about purchasing this VPN.

For now I have no a clear solution on my problem and also agent told me I can not get a refund, Catalina Muñoz was very nice and try to help but right now there is not clear why I am having this issue

I started using NordVPN because it was frustrating getting followed by all of the ads just because you viewed something somewhere online. Then you try to go somewhere else but you keep getting annoying ads instead of what your new search is for. NordVPN put a stop to all of that! Plus knowing my data isn't being collected from sites is comforting.

Very good app easy to use

As a Canadian I recently switched to NordVPN after cancelling my US based provider in protest of the threatened annexation of Canada and other countries. I had an issue that I thought was caused by NordVPN. I contacted NordVPN and got a thorough and quick reply. I'm impressed by the service, the interface of the software and the pricing.

Aangepaste review na actie NordVPN twee dagen later: in eerste instantie lukte het niet om het refund-proces met de door hen aangemaakte link te doorlopen; ik ontving op geen enkele manier de code voor de tweestaps-verificatie. Maar na het plaatsen van een kritische review kon alles wel opeens vlot afgehandeld worden. Neemt niet weg dat NordVPN voor mij niet werkte, te uitgebreid is en bijvoorbeeld mijn draadloze, via wifi aangesloten apparatuur en het online tv kijken van m’n provider blokkeerde. Ik had dit laatste overigens van te voren uit moeten zoeken, daar kan NordVPN verder niks aan doen. ——— Helaas werkt NordVPN niet voor mij. M'n verbinding werd zeer traag en aangesloten apparatuur werkt opeens niet meer. Kan gebeuren. Gelukkig zit ik ruim binnen de 30-dagen-niet-goed-geld-terug-garantie, dus ik volg netjes het stappenplan om de aankoop terug te draaien en restitutie van het aankoopbedrag. Ik ontvang een mail met een link om het refund-proces in gang te zetten en log in,dan zou er een code in mijn mail-of spambox moeten verschijnen... NIKS! Na vijf pogingen geen code ontvangen. Zonder de link kan ik zonder problemen inloggen, maar dan zie ik de refund-knop niet naast mijn factuur staan, terwijl ik gewoon via de NordVPN website heb aangekocht. En nu, na het lezen van enkele reviews hier begin ik 'm wel te knijpen. Het lijkt erop dat NordVPN expres het proces traineert zodat de 30 dagen termijn verloopt. Hopelijk gaat het hier om een technisch issue, anders zal ik verdere stappen moeten ondernemen.

Auto-connect and application failures regularly when devices come out of standby. Also, when a connected server performance deteriorates, the only solution is to manually disconnect and reconnect to another server. The service was much better a year ago.

Die Abo-Falle ist dreist! Willkürliche Preiserhöhungen von 80 auf 178,36 €/Jahr!!! Der Support sagt, es sind "neue Technologien" und Features, aber 120% Preiserhöhung? Geht nicht. Ich kann diesen Dienst wegen der Abo-Falle nicht empfehlen!
