What a waste of everyone's time! Valued at over £1,000. Good condition car with below average mileage and service history. Came out to look ... no issues ... dropped offer to £500! Oh ... and then mentioned £99 admin fee!! Why bother!!?

Avoid this company. It is clear from our experience, and the other reviews that the company has no intention of paying the offer price. The original offer was £11,600 but the offer on the day was £10,600 (almost 9% lower). This was despite the 'purchaser' describing the car as "A1" and saying that all they would do would be to "wash the car and put it straight on the forecourt". Our description and photos were accurate.
Very disappointing! Around 6 weeks ago pre-inspection was £2000 & on the day valued at £1400. Decided against it at the time & decided to get the body work spruced up so it now looks immaculate. 4 days ago pre-inspection £1913. Just inspected - offered £1000 The chap was sat in my car for over 30 mins - not sure why! Perhaps trying to sell it there & then! My Son had a good experience but just be warned it’s hit & miss! Makes no sense to me. Just called them to query! ‘We tell you it’s market value on the day’ So in 4 days they reduce the price by nearly £50% & value it £400 less than the first inspection even though it’s in much better nick!
