Carwow are fine, they did their best even though the first purchaser didn't contact me and were helpful. Quick to respond when you start the process and do keep in contact with you. However, would be better if they used a centralised number to contact you on - as I tend not to answer random numbers calling the phone, especially during the working day and in meetings, so gets hard to determine if you should leave a meeting and take a call or not.

The company contacted me really quickly and they came when they said they would. Jason, the purchaser, was really nice and helpful, and guided me through all the process. I was offered a much lower price than the initial one but I only accepted the offer by the company because of him. I would use the service again.

After the attitude Kat gave me over the phone in regards to delays I cancelled my appointment. I was almost made to feel like the delays were my fault. Clearly has an attitude problem. Went to webuy instead. Car now sold.

Very nice man who came to the house and explained everything

The car was collected promptly, and the agreed money was paid into my account within minutes of collection. Kat was very personable and helpful on the phone to complete the process. Overall, a great experience.

Poor service: I was given a time slot of 9am-12pm for my car to be picked up, and was told I would be notified by text when the person was on their way. I heard nothing. I called the office and was told someone would call me right back; no one did. At 3:20pm the person called me and said he was outside the door. Then it took a further 45 minutes of waiting before someone called me to take my bank details. And in the end I was paid £26 less than the amount I had been promised. All in all, thoroughly incompetent, rubbish communication and a huge amount of my time wasted, with no apology. Avoid this company!
