So far so good think it was Mark I was speaking to.,He makes it sound all so easy. We even got talking about hill walking and I gave him a few ideas for when he is up in Scotland in August. Any will give another review on Wednesday when the guy comes to check it out, if he knocks the price down by loads I just won’t sell it and I’ll probably be back on to give a different kind of review. All positive so far. Now that I think about I think it’s mark that’s coming to asses my car so I forget the guys name that I had a load of banter on the phone today. Complete waste of time despite receiving regular reminders by email and text message no one bothered to show up or communicate to me. Rang up to be told there was no booking, after looking again told that they had not confirmed booking with purchasing team so no one was coming.
Maria arranged the purchase of my Toyota GT86 today. She was an absolute pleasure, made me feel very looked after and helped with alllll my questions. Her customer service was impeccable, and I feel overall I had a great experience. We agreed a price we were both happy with everyone's a winner. I especially commend Maria as it's been a awful hot day and she didn't let this phase her one bit!

Absolute waste of time and a con. Give you a reasonable price then turn up and devalue it with no valid reason finally offering you a valuation £3200 below previous offer. In my case around £4500 below market value. I would stay well clear of this company and use genuine traders if you want a transparent and honest approach.

Service good, prompt attendance. Halved the initial valuation price. I expected reduction and would have happily negotiated around the initial price. Update - I went elsewhere (motorpoint), into a showroom and got the full price quoted, no negotiation, no hassle, took 10 minutes and was only a few £100 less. In summary, when asked to submit your car details to online companies with no specifics eg condition, you get a very high value. Not a correct one - waste of time though convenient that they come to you
I waited for 6 hours for money for your motors to arrive only for a no show by the representative, no contact from anyone. when I called the office the next day I was told the representative called in sick, I had called on the day to check he was coming and was told he would be arriving between 1pm and 6pm. Very unprofessional company and timewasters. My reference was 7552263

Utter waste of time, visit booked between 1:00pm and 6:00pm, waited in all afternoon on a glorious day then phone call at 5:46pm saying they wouldn't be able to make it and would I like to rebook- no thank you, you've wasted enough of my time already. Looking through other reviews on here this isn't a one off. Dreadful service!!
