Listed my car through carwow to which money4yourmotors.com sent a offer of £5.5k upon accepting the offer I was told this was gaurenteed offer upon inspection of the car to then lower there price from which I was originally offered which was quite the drop... The person who came out to inspect the car was lovely and very helpful I can't fault him in the slightest but very disappointing for the valuation to be dropped after being told it was a gaurenteed price offer

They gave me a 5 hour time slot for the purchase appointment and cancelled on me with an hour to go. When rearranging they wouldn't be reschedule around my availability and wouldn't even offer to indicate where in the days sequence I was once planned.
