Without my consent, the purchaser took photos of my Driving Licence and my Debit Card, despite of having the V5C Document in which my name and address are there, together with the details of the car. Furthermore, they purchased the car at my address. This experience has been extremely stressful and feeling scammed. The money they paid for my car was rotten, as well. Be aware people. They give you a good quotation, but they find any excuse to pay next to nothing. My Driving Licence and my Debit Card were shown to your purchaser at the time of purchase. There was NO NEED TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THEM.!!! And if you wanted to photograph my Personal Documents, YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED, FIRST. You haven't got the right to do this to people and you must know this. It is NOT LEGAL to do this. If I knew you were going to take photographs of my Personal Documents, I WOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD MY CAR TO YOU. Now, I will have to keep checking my Data for the rest of my life, in case there is Identity Theft. I do not trust you. As per the dents and chips on the car that you mention, for your convenience, obviously, YOU ARE EXAGERATING. I should have NEVER sold my car to you. But I hope people read this review and think twice BEFORE dealing with a company and people like you.
What a embarrassing company! The add says we buy any car. I phoned them and had to phone 3 times , waiting on the answering machine for 10 minutes and finally I was told that they will not buy my car. So why you waste my time and lie that you buy any car even without looking at it?
