Hassle free way to sell your car. Money in the bank within the hour. I was quoted 900 more than what was offered on the website. I did expect for the offer to be lower, but not quite so low. I did haggle and we agreed a price. Chap that came out was very personable and was helpful. The whole process took less than an hour, including money going in my bank. Car is collected within 14 days. If you want a hassle free way of selling, this is a brilliant way to do it. Obviously you'll get a, lot lower than if you were to advertise privately. I did look at local garages etc, but I still ended up getting more money though this company.

Complete waste of time. I booked an appointment for between 1 and 6pm for a valued to see the car I am selling for the estate of a friend who died. I drove an hour to where the car is kept only for the valuer to phone at 2pm to say he had been stuck in traffic and despite being only 60 minutes away couldn’t be bothered to keep the appointment. Called the company who kept me on hold for ages. Said they would call back and didn’t. Total waste of a day.

after an online evaluation, which I accepted and was told on the phone that the machine not has the required requirements, so why does the site evaluate it and not directly say that it does not have the requirements?

i was aprehesive due to some poor reviews however whole process was excellent. Alan came out test drove car and offerred me what i was told it would be. Came back next day to finalise and money in bank in minutes. I think secret is to be honest with vehicle condition up front and you wont be dissapointed

The Gentleman called Mike who called to my home address to value the vehicle was friendly, efficient and very honest. He explained the process and guided me through the whole process taking time to answer my questions and also explain his answer. Once all the pictures had been taken and the test drive had been completed. We agreed an amount and then the rest was finished within 10 minutes and the money was in my account. Just to add the whole service from when you first enquire onthe Internet to the phone call from an advisor and then on to the day and the valuation and office process i found very honest and helpful and quick with out rushing you. I will definitely use the service again and recommend on to family and friends

Got a valuation on the 8/8/23, was told because the v5 wasn't on my name they couldn't buy it, but if I get the v5 they will. Well the v5 arrived a week later, so I set up another call, went through the whole thing again. To the. Be told they won't buy the car as the v5 hasn't been in my name for 3 months, I've owned the car for nearly a year, but the original owner lost the v5, so I got a new one in my name. It doesn't say nothing when your filling out the form for a valuation. So I'm now pi$$ed off, thanks for a waste of my time..
